Chakra test

Hi I am new to the whole chakra alignment, however i feel the way to help my self is to open my chakras.

I stumbled across a chakra test, i filled it in and it said all of my chakras but my heart was "under used" and my heart was aligned.

A great way to really test your chakras is with a pendulum!

The ideal kind of crystal is Smoky Quartz.

When the pendulum's are held in front of your chakras, they will spin in circles in relation to how much energy is passing through your chakra. You can see blocks by them being smaller circles. It's fascinating and demonstratable.

sigh i was pretty bad, a few 0%s -20%s throat was high and 3rd eye a little. heart was the worst.

It depends what do you call a meditation. I love being at nature, breathing clear air, listening to blissful music and working out my own thoughts alone. That's one of the simpliest meditations in my opinion. You don't have to do yoga or something (but it's very helpful and healty, so don't take it completely out)... Just feel that you're the part of Universe (this is how I call God :D) and let it's energy flow within... Hope it will help you mate :D

I'm surprised the throat chakra is over active; I only talk a lot with people I'm close with, but I am in the process of writing a book. The most closed chakra is the Navel, which has to do with asserting yourself in group and social situations. Hey, I'm an only child, what do you expect? :D

I find not to think about the answers but how the question effects you at the time.

Almost with all questions I picked a choice in between. In the end, it depends a lot on the situation you are in. But these kind of questions are garbage to me when it comes to these things. Feeling attached to people is conditional love, but if you pick ''absolutely'' the heart chakra is going up? Now that's bullshit to me.

I agree with the test, that Navel can be somewhat over-active, but not in aggressive but rather in another fashion way, to get my kind of way.
Crown can be kind of accurate, just because iam an atheist.

Just as I expected:

Root/sacral/navel needs to opened

Hert/throat/third eye are opened, as well as crown (with third eye being over-active, due to use of mild psychedelic drugs)

Now I just have to open the lower ones and I can finally ground myself a little, thanks for the VERY accurate test:D!
