Yerba Mate Tea

[the infinite one]

I've been drinking this tea for about 9 months now, every morning at work and its the BEST tea i've ever had, much better than coffee without the negative side effects u get from coffee i.e. that jittery feeling.

It's a national drink in Argentina!!

This tea SERIOUSLY wakes me up, more alert and SERIOUSLY gives me brain power, there's so many good vitamins and nutrients in it too.

Yes Mate is nice tea - i've been drinking it for over 5 years now.

I also drink different green teas - gunpowder, oulong, sencha, and whatever else I can get. There are some nice tea shops that have a good selections of teas - the best I been to was in Madrid, where they had hundreds of teas, some costing a small fortune!

Also love Rooibosh - first had it in South Africa when I lived there in the 90's.
