The Plot Thickens

When I try to login all I get is this:

I have e-mailed admin, had no responce. I called the office last week and spoke to someone who said he would get something sorted. I have provided my phone no but no-one has got back to me.

I can't access any subscription pages etc.

There shouldn't be a prob with access to my bank account and I have the money in there to cover it.

What's going on?

Any feedback from Mr Ickes team would be welcome.
