There's something profoundly disturbing about middle-aged men in clown makeup, presenting deranged, obscenity-laden news bulletins to disaffected kids.

For possible links between ICP and the Canadian bus beheading, check out the various threads in 'Todays News".

Here's a link to the ICP website. Check out Ratchet News. Gathering of the Juggalos, or whatever.

Subliminal triggers galore? Er....'enjoy'.

They seem like cartoons desensitizing people to extreme violence.

If I get time I'll go through them with a fine-tooth comb and look for oddities.

I'm hoping some of the veterans of this forum will be inclined to run with it first.

Bit spooky, I heard nothing about ICP for years and then the other day some of my metalhead friends were astounded as on getting a taxi from mine the driver was playing ICP hella loud, and now this.
I am undetermined on this, I see how the music can be fun but I am not a big fan. What I do find interesting is how in Woodstock 99 I believe they were playing and that was the year when the kids all went nuts and set fire to everything in a massive riot, a far cry from the free soup, everyone pick up their rubbish and leave the place clean hippy vibe of the origional Woodstock.

You guys should really look in to them. I have all their albums and was a fan for a while. I think they have a lot of mixed messages, some good some very odd, and some just desensitizng.

Haha, ICP! They wanted to play at our little club in the 90's, but we didn't want all of our shit covered in Faygo. They like spraying Faygo everywhere because "It's for scrubs." LOL!

Definetly stooges, manufactured garbage.

First music video i clicked on featured one of their concerts and they had a halloween type theme and one of 'em dressed as Santa. They also had a six pointed star in lights, behind all the hypnotized fans.

I heard one of their songs a year ago. It had childish verses about Mikey and his mum or something but the choruses were distorted and the 'singer' was growling about killing someone. Absolute garbage, IMO. But the more profanity, violence and bullshit a song has, the more kids love it. I know I did when I was younger.:D I never imagined anyone could take this crap that seriously to go out and burn shit.
