That's a bigger number than I would have imagined though.
I haven't read any of Mr Icke's books but I understand there are many ideas that involve reptilians running the world. It is one of the more flamboyant claims and I'm sure it's mentioned a lot by others scornfully, but I do believe there are alien forces at work, reptilians being amongst them.

I wonder how many of the remaining 75% actually said that they didn't and how many just didn't have an opinion on the matter and may not have been given that option.

I think that shows what we are up against quite clearly. For example, I and many others here believe shit that would make aliens in Area 51 seem mundane and aliens but I even I can see that 9/11 being and inside job, or Illuminati running the world is more likely than an alien spacecraft crash landing in Roswell and a "secret" base being built around it.
So according to that pole, people arent really thinking about much of this at all, and the sad thing is most of them could really think about it and take it in. But more and more people seem to be becoming more aware, so its not all bad, and even so, the pole could easily be pure propaganda.
