24 Hours of Rain the day before the Poll

Anyone else see the BBC weather reports about a whole months rain in 24 hours the day before the by-election? Seems strange to me. Nothing to do with harrp or anything.

The BBC did the Saharan sand story about the red dust covering things after rain.
But since then I have noticed a white dust that could be tiny glass balls.
I did read an internet story about little glass balls being sprayed in the atmosphere to reflect sunlight back into space.
If they were doing that then perhaps global warming is not a hoax.
Maybe chemtrails are a similar idea?

The glass balls were meant to be in the Cannibus a few months ago. I don't smoke weed, so can't pass comment on that aspect of peoples belief. I wouldn't put anything past the goons in charge though.
