Real or fake??

My first impressions of this, is that it's computer generated. My second impression is that the creature could be controlled by wires from behind the wall.

But what if this is actually real? Pretty cool, it seems as though this grey was more frightened than the two people that bolted from it.

Very interesting. Sadly there's sooo many fakes out there that it is quite hard to tell if new videos are legitimate.

It's either the real thing or a very very good fake. Great video regardless.

It would be really easy to make that fake, due to poor lightning you can't see details.
But that is not proof of it being fake, it's just easy to duplicate the effect.

Seriously, if that was you in the video and you saw that thing walk past, what would you do?

...run away?
...talk to it?
...follow it?
...freeze?
...take a decent picture of it? :p
...capture it? (and stick it on ebay?)

It looks real, but who can tell now-a-days it being so easy to fake things.
I would probably jump back on seeing something that looked like that no matter what the size. :eek:

I would love to believe it was real but watch the legs. You can't see any movement in the legs. The entrance of the Alien in to the frame, the legs are shadowed and the end of the shot is the camera moving away, so you don't actually see the legs moving, when the Alien is moving.

If I were creating a fake and my model didn't have the capacity of movement in the legs I would shadow them out and then do a quick cut away.

Watch the Alien entering the frame again, it looks like it hovers in and also looks like it appears from nowhere, it also seems to gradually dissapear in the slomos which suggests to me they are using some software (which is easy to get a hold of these days) which is being used to digitally move the alien in to shot.



It's a good attempt but in my opinion it isn't real.

Definitely a fake! An intelligent ET wouldn’t be roaming about naked…Well not without his plasma pistol…;)
