Just saw one of these on the street here in Germany. Looked quite fast. It's pricey but I'd like to have one or something like it.

I notice its got a lithium ion battery!!

My recently purchased power assisted electric bicycle also has a lithium ion battery which is fairly recent technology in that it provide double the range of most other common batteries at a lower weight.

It looks interesting but I couldnt afford it whereas my bike cost £600 and doesnt need road tax, insurance and costs me nothing as I charge the battery at work :p

Hi Steevo

I have a Powacycle Salisbury model - Cost £599 new including the 26v Lithium ion battery

Its great for going up hills and the battery has a range of up to 37 miles if used with gentle pedalling
