In dust drawn in through a filter (somewhere!) using an unknown quantity of air.
This has already been debunked.

Why? Do you live in the place to which this 'report' refers?

It looks as though what is sampled (NB there are TWO rates!) is the proportion of AL/BA in the dust.
Aluminum silicate is CLAY. Clay is a constituent of SOIL. Soil will appear in air-borne dust.
Barium is MINED, and will appear in air-borne dust.
There is NO MENTION of this being a "chemtrail" sample.
