George Walker Bush , the Antichrist

According to Nostradamus :

Century 10, Quatrain 72

What happened in July 1999 ? Nothing much. So was Nostradamus wrong ?

The poem acquires new meaning however if you substitute the word ' deffraieur ' ( to defray ) for ' d'effrayeur ' (...of terror ) in the verse , this is the way the prophecy is written in an early version.

Now you have ' From the sky will come a great spender King ' , a payer King.

In July 1999 Bush announced his available funds for his campaign to be nominated Republican Presidential Candidate in the 2000 Election :

" The results of the first major contest in the US presidential election campaign were reported last week, eight months before anyone casts a ballot in a primary election and sixteen months before the November 2000 vote. The candidates seeking the presidential nominations of the Democratic and Republican parties filed quarterly fundraising reports with the Federal Election Commission.

The hands-down winner among the Republicans was George W. Bush, the Republican governor of Texas and eldest son of the former president, who raised a staggering $36.2 million in the first half of 1999, more than any presidential candidate has raised for an entire nomination campaign, let alone in a six-month period in the year before the vote. So huge is Bush's lead in fundraising that he collected more than double the amount of money of all his opponents for the Republican nomination combined. "

With this announcement , the nomination of Bush as Republican candidate was pretty much secured , he had the money to secure his victory :

" By raising far more than the campaign spending ceiling, more than half a year before the first primary in New Hampshire next February, Bush is in a position to decline federal matching funds and spend essentially unlimited amounts to win the Republican nomination... Not one vote has been cast, and Bush has not even appeared on a platform to debate any of his rivals, and yet he is already being declared the Republican nominee, because the vote which really counts, the money vote, is overwhelmingly in his favor.

So , I believe that July 1999 marked the appearance of George W. Bush as a player on the main stage of US politics , and so the first line of the prophecy is fulfilled. ( more to follow )

' From the sky... ' means two things. Firstly , it is an allusion to the fact that Bush was a pilot.

In May 1968 Bush joined the Texas Air National Guard and flew Convair F-102s out of Ellington Airforce Base. He left in 1974 with an honourable discharge to go and study at Harvard Business school.

Secondly , ' From the sky... ' means coming out of nowhere to achieve a prominent position. In 1998 few people would have said Dubya would have been the next President of the USA :

" In the estimation of the media pundits, Bush has locked up the Republican nomination a year before the convention. More than half the party's senators, governors and congressmen have endorsed him. Some 200 corporate and business backers, in a group called the Pioneers, have agreed to raise $100,000 apiece from friends and associates, and half have already done so. Bush is not only the Spender King - given the huge amount of money he has spent on warmongering and political campaigns - but also the King of Terror as well , since 9/11 was a ' homemade ' event as we all know. (more to follow )

' Bringing Back to Life the Great King of the Mongols ' refers to Bush's military campaigns in Iraq and Afghanistan , places which were conquered by the Mongol Hordes. To these , we may be adding Iran , China and Russia in the near future , places which were also conquered by the Mongols. Bush has essentially created an American empire in the Middle East or East.

' Before and after Mars , to reign by good luck ' refers to Bush's presidental victories in 2000 and 2004. 'Mars ' stands for war ( Mars was the Roman god of war ) and in particular the Iraq War ( 2003 ). Bush was lucky to win the 2000 Election over Gore ( before Mars ) and he was lucky to win to win the 2004 Election over Kerry ( after Mars ).

Forget all that bullshit about Saddam or Osama being the Antichrist , its Bush who is the Evil One. By being a high-ranking Freemason and Satanist , he is truly worthy of the title ' Anti ' ( Against ) Christ.

The frightening thing is , whoever the King of Terror is , they are now walking among us and they have been since July 1999. Nostradamus makes no mistake about that date I'm afraid.

The old leader is George Herbert Bush , and his heir ( to the US seat of power ) is young George Dubya. The third line talks of the emnity between France and America ( sister = sister republic as both the American and French Revolutions occurred at the end of the 18th century ) while the last line talks of the battlefields of Iraq and Afghanistan , divided between British and American troops.

A doubtful one will not come far from the realm,

A Capitol, will not want him to rule at all,
His great burden he will not be able to maintain.

The classic bit here is Line 1 , and the pun between ' dubieux ' ( dh-yoo-bee-uh ) and ' Dubya ' ! I think the first line means Bush will not venture far from his kingdom despite waging wars , in other words he will not lead his armies in war like Richard the Lionheart. Line 2 - he won the 2000 and 2004 Elections with a majority of the American vote. Line 3 - I think it means there are people in Washington ( maybe Bush's handlers or the NSA , FBI or whoever ) who are finding the President an embarassment.

Line 4 is the interesting part - will Bush be assassinated , or removed from office perhaps as a result of an enquiry into 9/11 ?

( This prophecy is usually thought to refer to Nixon , but with that pun in Line 1 I'm wondering whether it might refer to George W. instead )

Mabus is thought to be the name of the 3rd Antichrist , Nostradamus alludes elsewhere to the 1st and 2nd Antichrists as being Napoleon and Hitler respectively.

BUSh - maBUS. Its kinda similar isn't it ? I believe the 'ma' part is simple enough , it stands for Master. As in Master Bush or Young Master Bush as opposed to Father Bush. Bush the Younger.

If Bush was assassinated or died in a terror attack , there would definitely be American vengeance you can bet on it. It may be a retaliatory nuclear strike , the comet being a nuclear missile flying through the air and the ' main ' being the hand of the nuclear clock as it is marked at midnight. One hundred missiles launched ?

Century 5, Quatrain 78

That one will bless the Bark and cape.

Are the two leaders Bush and Blair , does this describe the Anglo-American alliance ? If the 13 years start from July 1999 , then the Arabs will be dominant in 2012 ( interesting date ).

Good observations , i used to read a lot of nostradamus thru the 80's.Your interpretation certainly seems to fit more than a lot of other forecasts . Good work keep posting look forward to reading more . :D

Bush DID NOT win those elections. Both they were fixed. You'll find lots of info about it if you go to your Google (while it still works).

Oh yeah , I know they were fixed ! But the history books record that Bush won the elections , lets face it he was lucky to get away with it.

George Bush has some interesting numerology about his name :

George Walker Bush has 16 letters in it - 1+6 = 7
He is the 43rd President - 4+3 = 7

16 ( letters ) + 4 + 3 = 23

Now we know 23 is the Antichrist number ( 2 divided by 3 is .666 ) , so whats the 23rd letter of the alphabet ?

Interestingly ' Dub-ya ' means ' Dark God ' ( Dub is Irish for ' dark ' as in Dublin = ' dark lake ' , and ' ya ' stands for Jah obviously ) but I think thats just a coincidence...
