I see it as happening all the time anyway... magic is just when you find an art of interacting with it..

IMO you are right, you do have to be careful what you wish for.. I personally will never do anything that involves another, I have only ever done little rituals where It is my own perceptions of me or a subject and my own advances..

Even if your intention is good for another, you must be careful that you don't interfere with the universe I guess...

That being said I cant see how wishing someone well being and health can interfere much...

'Condensed Chaos' by Phil Hine is very good. I have another one by him called 'Prime Chaos' which I've not started yet but looks good.

I read 'Liber Null and Psychonaut' by Carroll many years ago and enjoyed them.

Two Crowley books that are often overlooked but very useful are 'Magick Without Tears' and 'Book 4'.

I recently bought a book called 'SSOTBME Revised: An essay on Magic' by Lemuel Johnston and that looks very good. Here's a link to it on Amazon so you can see what it's all about!

i actually like this guy.
seems honest, and haven tried anything on chaos magick yet.
but i think every tool to program subconscious
is like thirdwave says on his blog
... For me I view Magic like fire, you can hurt your self with it or you can hurt others with it, but you can also use it to keep warm, to cook food, sterilise something, or create energy.
so i think is a tool one should manage respectfully,carefully.

I know what you mean Thirdwave, one of the things I learned when doing Reiki was that we have to ask permission of the person being treated even if they are unconscious or in a coma, the reason for this I think is karmic i.e. the therapist is not interfering with the clients karma, the client accepts the karma for the deed.
There are many ways of looking at this, and many ppl would say, surely if you can help them then do what is necessary, but it may be the case that the person has to undergo this pain or ill health for there own karmic evolution.
The reason I put "I think" in bold is just that, it is down to the practitioner to take or make the decision, though I think in Reiki based treatment, most therapists would ask the permission of the client/patient.

Very true, Phill Hine puts allot of emphasiss on this... Saying that many people take it to serious and we should remember to have fun with it... I guess its the old saying, its easer to smile than it is to frown..
