I've been noticing a lot of advertising lately that states "You can double your fuel mileage by running your car with a mixture of gasoline and Brown's gas."

Does anyone have direct experience working with any of these kits or designs?

What were your results?

Is there one you would recommend over the others?

Thanks,
-Joe G.

Can you breathe Brown's Gas? I heard somebody say some divers are using it in their suits and submarines.

There was a feature on it in the enigma online tv schedule before it went down . They mostly showed its use in welding if i recal correctly .Also in the book the crytstal sun by robert temple , it was mentioned that the chinese use the gas in their submarines. He wrote about a lot of china's achievements ,in science and technology both modern and ancient but i dont have the book anymore to check the source :D

Hi 2013 and Hagbard and Lightgiver!

I've been hearing and reading things about Brown's gas , too. That's why I became so intrigued when I saw these ads. (In fact, I think I saw my first BG ad at the Infowars site.) So, I thought why not post at the DI forums and see if anyone here has any direct experience using it with a gasoline engine. So, now I'm on to step two... I'll start posting in various technical forums.

Thanks,
-Joe :)

I tried a magdrive system that gave me a %10 increase with a 4.5 petrol engine.magdrive claimed the unit i purchased produced 5 litres hho/growns gas @10amps per minuite which is according to my tests not true, i measured 1/2 litre /minuite.
I have been experimenting on my own fuell cell which produces slightly more than the mag drive using straight 12v dc ,same as mag drive.
Ime working on a pulse generator which should bring the power down which will enable me to produce more gas.
The mag drive is an easy to fit , well made unit at a fair price but be warned the gas out put is not all that good.
on modern engines with an ecu to get best results you will need to trick the ecu into running leaner as the oxygen sensor will pick up the extra oxygen which will send more fuell to the engine.there are circuits on the market which are claimed to compensate for the extra oxygen.i have not tried one.
this is all in the experimental stages,if you do try a system it would be good to know how you got on.

:D:D,nice one hagbard,a laugh a day keeps the doc at bay:D
i think we should go back to horse and cart:)
then we would have lots of manure for our gardens and soil:)
nothing better
hey joe:)nice one,keep researching :D

Wow! That's a lot different than the 40% to 50% advertised and the BG output.

IMPRESSIVE!!

10% is certainly a lot less than the 40% to 50% advertised. I've read about tricking the ecu. As I understand, you need to install a unit in series with the O2 sensor that converts a .5v saw-tooth wave to a .1v square wave. Maybe the unit in combo with the BG unit will give better economy? (But 40% to 50% !?) I dunno... I'll keep researching.

Thank you for the info, h2pogo. You were very helpful.

I'll bookmark this page, and if I do anything worth reporting, I'll post back.

Best of luck to you in your efforts!!! :D

Hi h2pogo!

I thought this might be of interest...

At the water2fuel.net web-site, they list the plans for item number two as:

MAP Sensor Enhancer: this electronic device reduces fuel consumption without modifying the engine or the computer – an absolute must have for great fuel economy!

I'd rather buy a ready-made kit (if affordable), but I guess I'll be sending for the do-it-yourself instructions.

Also, from what I've been reading and viewing online, it seems that a very little Brown's gas goes a very long way. They discuss the BG emitter as remaining full for many months with very little change in the water line. Maybe the extra fuel economy comes not from combusting BG in addition to the fuel, but from lowering the amount of fuel used in the fuel/air mixture to give the same output? I dunno... I'll keep reading.

-Joe

:D:D id better leave it at that or i will be getting another warning:D
i was always in trouble at school, for being lippy;):D
but yeah any safe alternative as got to be good?in the gas or manure sense that is.:D
Keep searching JOE;):D
i wish they would give us more than 10 smileys i always go over the limit;)
