Hello, I am new here and I wanted to share some positive things with you that has happened to me recently. First off, here is a blog from my "myspace" page. It will give some insight as to why I am here, at Mr Icke's website:
I have been studying consciousness and that human mind for about two years now. I have been through many books and literature on consciousness. To say that I'm a bit confused would be an understatement.
The one book that has made the most sense to me, is "Tales From The Time Loop" by David Icke. Now, Icke is interesting fellow, to say the least. He writes of a global conspiracy involving the Royal Family in England, the Bushes, Freemasons and many others that are commonly considered the "Elite". Within the lines of the paranoid, more often than not, true, conspiracies, he levels with an "infinite" "oneness" that we all belong to. In his theory, the mind is creating all of these things that we see, hear and digest on a daily basis. By scientific theory, everything is made of atoms. And this also means that I am typing on atoms right now. You are looking at atoms right now.
It seems very abstract but also very likely at the same time.
He states that we are functioning, living and breathing in a matrix controlled by an "Infinite One" kind of like the Matrix film. We only see and hear what we are raised to see and hear.
David also examines the possibilty that other "frequencies" exist and we are only connected to one. Much like when you change the channel on your TV, do you want to watch evening news?
Or if not you tune into a different channel, to catch a re-run of "friends" or whatever.
Now ultimately, David builds towards this idea that everything is an illusion and the only thing that is real is love and your connection to others within this frequency. Heavy? Check. Confusing? Somewhat. Stimulating to the mind? You bet.
And I'm just getting my feet wet with this stuff.
I am very confused, yet open to this idea.
Because things seem to be moving into that arena for me.
I am not caring about what material things that I possess.
I could give two shits about that nonsense.
Sure it makes you feel better, to be involved in the rat race and actually succeed.
My point here is, that too many people get caught up in this nonsense and forget who they are, what the purpose here is. And we have become sheep to this daily grind. Some people might say that this "grind" is human nature, and, indeed it is.
It is a manipulated "human-nature" .
So thats true, but what can we do to unlock this traffic jam that reality has become?
- We can understand that this hypnosis that takes place every minute on your television set, in your magazine, in the schools, and is being projected to you to manipulate the reality that is , in fact, within your control.
This is your life, so please, do whatever the fuck you want to do. The future of humanity depends on our individuality and our minds, collective or not.
The future of our reality depends on question, thought, and our desire to know the truth.
Now, two days after I wrote all of that, I met one of my friends at a bar to share a pitcher or two of beer. While I'm there discussing this newfound outlook on life, this girl walks in and immediatley we lock eyes. She sat down next to me and for the next two hours, I was blown away by this wonderful lady. We talked, and at this low point in my life, I now have something wonderful to look forward to.
Thanks and cheers to you Mr. Icke, for unlocking this new thought pattern in my life. I have been clean now(from cocaine) for 3 1/2 months and don't plan on ever going to back to that garbage. And I may actually have a shot at that "infinite" thing you were rambling about.
I plan on buying as many books of David's that I can (with our economy in the U.S., there isn't much room for anything but gas, food and rent) PLEASE, for god's sake man, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!! Don't pay any mind to the tossers that wanna shut you up.
