Schweppes joined forces with Cadbury's to become one of the world's largest junk food manufacturers. In short, killing the world softly!
I like that quote, maybe why there always shoved in your face when your at any checkout, were surrounded by this crap i even stood next to a dam chocolate machine in a DIY store only wanting to buy bricks.
This attacks us and our children at every angle.:(
From childhood were programed to want this junk, i tastes good, loooks good. It's a case when your older and have the income the trend continues, then we pass it on to our offspring continuing to even the grandkids.

Schweppes soft drinks are good, except that they have started to use Aspartame in many of their products.
If I had a soda company I would use natural unrefined sugar and things like that. That's a good future business opportunity me thinks.

my previous post probably says more about me that schweppes. I'm sure it's just a little angel radiating christ consciousness and the "joy of mixing" faith, hope, and charity.

I usually don't research health articles much, but it's important to get informed I agree. Dr. Deagle has some great health info, and I get at least some alternative health info from shows like that.

They used to use Aspartame for diet drinks, but now use it, as well as sugar, in their normal drinks. Given that Aspartame is meant to be a sugar substitute, it makes one wonder why they would need both

Exactly. They use Aspartame not only in their diet sodas, but in many of their ordinary soft drinks as well! So one has to check the ingredient labels.
WTF?! I just did a web search, and found:
"In the European Union, it is also known under the E number (additive code) E951."
From: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aspartame
Often in ingredient labels it just says: Additives E123, E234 and so on. I have to remember the code E951 which means Aspartame.
