View Full Version : Autism... so prevalent but what causes it?

It is absolutely startling just how many children have autism. Some say it is the vaccines, but nothing is proven. Any theories or ideas? I don't even think mercury is used in vaccines anymore so why do all of these little kids have autism now? How can a parent lessen the chances of their child having autism?

Consider this:

Mitch Daniels, the governor of Indiana and board member of one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world, Eli Lilly.....

"Daniels was mentioned as being involved in the insertion of the "Midnight Rider" of the Homeland Security Act which was signed into law on November 25, 2002. The bill contained a provision that was added at the last minute that would block lawsuits against Eli Lilly and Company over the production of a controversial vaccine preservative called "thimerosal" which is 49.6% mercury. ]Parents of autistic children claim this preservative has caused autism in thousands of children."

About the company (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eli_Lilly_and_Company)

It may never be proven, but I'd say from the above information we know WHY it's never proven.

wow, messed up. i think i saw that on rense at some point. but from what i understand there is no mercury/thermisol in vaccines today, though i will still avoid vaccines as they just make me nervous, so what is causing this autism? or are they still putting mercury in the vaccines, because they know they cant be sued? i want to make sure that i can protect my (unborn) child as best as i can. so i already know i will not vaccinate, or at least not until serious research and the child being at an advanced age, but is there anything else that i can do? sorry for being such a worrywart, but it is such a new feeling to have a baby growing inside me that is totally dependent upon me for its well being. a big responsibilty and i am convinced that our system wants to dumb down the population. do you think this is why we have the rash of autism, to make these children less of a threat? or why? why would a govt or private corp purposely give our children autism?

why would a govt or private corp purposely give our children autism?

The answer is simple: It fucks up our brains and makes the Pharmo-quacks a fortune. They'd have carried on giving you thalidomide if they'd been able to get away with it!

The causes of autism may be multiple. I've heard many theories. But one thing is worth noting: In societies which don't use vaccination, like the Amish culture of Pennsylvania, a single case has yet to be recorded.

It wouldn't surprise me at all. There could be several reasons why they'd carry on vaccinating knowing that the damage it did.

Do you live in the UK? If so then just say to your doctor "thanks, but no thanks". You have that right. I've banned my 12 year-old from having flu jabs and my GP has no choice but to comply.

But, as you say, I'm less concerned for an older child, with a developed constitution, than I am for a newborn. If I'd known what i know now when my kid was born I'd have refused the vaccines too.

no i dont live in the uk. as my user name says i am anon (anonymous) in nyc. new york city, usa. honestly, don't know the laws here regarding this issue very well, but if the amish have been able to refuse vaccinations i am sure that i can come up with some religious excuse to do so as well. perhaps i am a christian scientist? anyway, that fact about the amish is very very interesting. thanks.

You're welcome. The Amish are fascinating people, deeply devout in their religious and political views, intensely proud of their unique culture. They're very sweet people really who are totally non-violent. I remember the famous scene in the film "Witness" where some morons are teasing a group of Amish people by wiping icecream on them, but the Amish refuse to be baited. The recent school-shooting in an Amish reservation seems almost an inevitable product of our society, based as it is on might-is-right and the applause it gives to abusing the vulnerable.

The vaccine laws in the US are a lot tougher than in my country, but as you say, there are loopholes you can nip down. You can get an exemption for religious beliefs and probably other things as well. Talk to a good civil rights lawyer. Good luck!

Heard this on TV while I was in the kitchen cooking, so I went to their website to make sure I heard it right!!! OMG!

...1 in 150 children is diagnosed with autism.

How Common is it? For many years autism was rare - occurring in just five children per 10,000 live births. However, since the early 1990's, the rate of autism has increased exponentially around the world with figures as high as 60 per 10,000. Boys outnumber girls four to one. In 2007, the Centers for Disease Control reported that 1 in 150 children is diagnosed with autism.

Autism went through the roof when they introduced the polio vaccine 1952. Almost unheard of before. Coincidence methinks not. Stay well, well away from all vaccines. Don't have your babies in hospital, they want to jab them as soon as they're born with 'vitamin K', god knows what else is in it. As soon as you're born, they want to destroy you, hold you down. Just stay well away from the whole system, the more layers you peel, the more it stinks. NO ONE can force you to have your children vaccinated. They will tell you stories like we won't let your children go to school etc., but it's all lies and bullshit. I'd rather teach a child at home anyway than have he/she full of mercury and other soul destroyers.

Good documentary about this subject:

And they were vaccinated as 'normal'? Did your Mum take any medication during the pregnancies? Do you recall ANYTHING unusual?

she wasn't on any meds, one was born with a diaphramic hernia and was hospitilized for a month, and the youngest was born with water in they're lungs and was hospitalized for a couple of weeks also. my mother believes its genetics

I don't know enough about it to debunk her statement one way or the other, but I think this statement would punch a serious hole in the genetics theory

Also, you might want to do some reading on the following:

Mitch Daniels, the Governor of Indiana (a total loomie state!) is on the board of directors along with the Bush cartel.

I'm almost certain that your brothers' autism is not genetic.

i agree, definitely believe the vaccinations are at hand, and don't buy the genetics theory much either, my mother on the other hand is harder to persuade.

You do? I know really nothing about it. Would you care to share any thoughts with us? Please don't feel pressured. I don't know about anyone else here, but I want to learn more.
