Hey guys, how you all doing?

Just have a question, dunno if anyone can help really. What it is, I get these really bad headaches at the back of my head everytime I get hot or do physical activity and consequently sweat. Its been troubling me since last summer, roughly a month after I stopped taking anti-depressants. Its like a cramping sensation, feel really tight...

Anyway, these seem to be getting worse as they are bothering me with just a slight difference in body temperature, after practice the other night it was pretty damn sore (wasn't even sweating that much) and I was getting white flashes in my eyes. Was strange, a bit like lightening but not as intense in brightness. I do get visual migrain's from time to time (had one last night) where I kinda loose sight for an hour or so followed by an intense headache, but this isn't connected is it?

Its a stab in the dark if anyone on here can help, I went to my doctor on Thursday and he was about as much use as a brake on a canoe...:)

Thanks in advance if anyone has any help to offer. :)

sounds like you need to get help asap. keep this in mind though, you were taking drugs, these are toxic and did god knows what to you. when you lose weight i know that toxins are released. i think maybe when you exercise you are sweating them out and that may have something to do with this.

A year after? I know what your saying, but I really would expect most if not all the drugs to be out of my system by now. I stopped taking about June last year you see. (just noticed, roughly when I joined here! :)) Plus at the time I was also suffering from an 'eating disorder' so I wasn't the best of weight's in my life. Its confusing indeed.

I did go to my GP and he said it was lifestyle, but to be honest, I don't have that bad a lifestyle. I think he assumes cause I'm in a band that I get wrecked all the time but I haven't drank sicne January, taken drugs since New Year except the green (I'm a sucker for Mary, but she's good to me and if anything, helps the headache to go away..). Caffeine and Tobacco are my only real bad toxins, and, compared to what most folk do every weekend, I would say its not too shabby. :)

Thanks for your help, if you have any more please let me know! :)

Maybe a PET/MRI scan can be helpful. To let experts examine you, but not to follow their advice for a cure immediately. Instead use the diagnose to do some research on your own on the Internet and so on, and if you come up with the conclusion that the cure the doctors are suggesting is the best choice, THEN you can accept it.

where are you getting your mary from? do you know how it is grown and if pesticides and harsh chemicals are used?

Thanks mate. Good sound advise there, only problem is trying to get a scan. It was kinda what I was aiming for when I wen't to go see the doctor, but like i said, they go on assumption rather than actually just taking a look. One of my friends got diagnosed with a tumour last year but they didn't catch it as soon as they could have if they had taken a look sooner. Not that I'm worried its that, but, well...

Just from friends. To be honest, there probably is at times, but I wouldn't think that the Mary is the problem. Me and my flatmate share every puff and he doesn't appear to have any problems.

Yeah, maybe it's good to also do a research oneself before going to the doctor. Not to tell the experts what to do, but to be informed enough to know if the doctor is being too sloppy and just want to dish out big pharma drugs.

In addition to that, to also listen to/feel the body directly. To put awareness into the body and into the mind/subconscious.

I sometimes get headaches and feel dizzy like how you said. I also see stuff like blue dots when I move my eye's fast.

If you detox your body you, it will get a lot better. Now my headaches and dizziness aren't nearly as bad (I almost passed out a few times)...

If you read the book "Eat to Live" by Joel Furhman, it will contain information on how to detox your body. It may be a tough road but after you go down the avenue of all the gimmicks and fads, you'll eventually accept that diet is the most important factor.

Good luck researching.

I had the exact same symptoms in 2006 it was really painful, just leaning forward really hurt and caused my vision to have blue dots with a blurred kind of vision and after any exercise even sex and that's supposed to stop a headache, I went to the doctor and he told me the same as you, it eventually stopped but over the last couple of weeks its starting to come back but not as bad. I only ever get the odd migraine once every other year.

The interesting thing which you just said about it starting around the time you joined here, it first started the day i finished, "infinite love is the only truth everything else is illsuision". I paid for the book with my debit card and now you have said that makes me think it maybe something more sinister.

Hey truthseeker, did you read my post above talking about the blue dots? That's weird shit...

I went on a 27 day detox fast and I tell ya...I was not only getting these dots, everytime I moved my eye's, I was getting other stuff like these spinning swirling things when I woke up, it felt like I was going crazy. But then after the fast I literally tripped out with the best trip I've ever had (and completely non drug induced and natural too). I was having visions that anything successful and happy and amazing was happening (I've got a post I can link to you where I talk about it more)...Then a while after this, these dots went away and now they only come back while I am deeply detoxing.

Could be anything, eliminate things.

For me it was related to my vision.

The prescription I had in my glasses was too strong, exercise made it horrendous.

I had a hard time convincing the experts.

Sorry to hear about your migrains/bad headaches tron. Not sure if this will help, but it's worth a try as it can't do any harm. Have you heard of Emotional Freedom Technique - finger tapping on the miridian points to free blocked energy? Here's a youtube link:

Let us know how you get on.

Vision may be a decent shout. Have you ever experienced ark eye from looking at welding or similar? Is there a relationship? Are you reading too much in bad conditions? What's the light like where you spend your time? Any of those compact fluorescent bulbs about?

All Compact fluorescent light bulbs contain mercury, a neurotoxin that can cause kidney and brain damage. Enough to contaminate up to 6,000 gallons of water beyond safe drinking levels, extrapolated from Stanford University research on mercury. Even the latest lamps promoted as “low-mercury” can contaminate more than 1,000 gallons of water beyond safe levels. The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) offers a detailed, 11-step procedure you should follow for safe cleanup of broken bulbs, including vacating the premises for 2 – 3 days!

Getting off Antidepressants was a good move. I was prescribed SSRI's by a stand-in doctor some years ago. I had no idea what they were really. Took them for a fortnight and they did do some good, or so I thought. When my real doctor returned he said get off them immediately, which I did. This experience has left me with a slight head tremor. I know a number of people on these things and I know they are doing them no good at all but to a man they all think 'they' need them. Its a crock. This is the danger of a prescription society... you are falsely led to believe that a bit of depression or something isn't normal when actually it is. The word insiduous describes them well, as initially people feel they are making progress but after a while they become detrimental to the user and the initial reaction leads people to think there's still some good occurring. I doubt there ever was.

Hi tron....I'm assuming your doctor checked your blood pressure? Elevated blood pressure can cause these symptoms you've described.

But I am wondering if the headache/eye-problems are being caused by your neck needing an adjustment. Perhaps it comes on during or after exercise/activity because you have been jarring it about (running?) or in some other way aggravating it?

You'd be amazed how many people get blinding headaches, see lights flashing in their eyes etc, due to neck misalignment....and the bone to blame for this is nearly always C2.

I would definitely agree with Limelady, try to dismiss a back/neck problem. I get spots on vision, right shoulder pain and have a back/neck problem.

I have to do stretches to deal with my issues. A good Chiro will find where your problems are. (if you have them ie. blocks in energy flow through the body). The trouble is finding a good Chiro!

I was also going to suggest seeing a chiropractor. All of these things can be caused by a problem in the neck or spine. Neck problems can cause the worst headaches. Also if there is something malfunctioning elsewhwere in the body, a good chiro can pick it up.

Now that you mention the whole neck thing...I do kinda have a cracky neck. Wonder if this has anything to do with it... Thanks for all your help. I might have to see about getting it look at. Woke up with a migrain today, but wasn't too bad and wore off after half an hour, still, used to only get them once or twice a year, thas twice in 3 days. :s

Order some MMS (Miracle Mineral supplement) from USA and flush your system out with it. It removes all types of blood disorders etc. that will remove your toxins at least. If it persists then you need a scan. Change your doctor and demand one;)

MMS sites:http://www.miracle-mineral-supplement.com/

http://www.davidicke.com/forum/showthread.php?p=128508

Change your pillows, add one or take one away. Neck headache pains can be related to your sleeping position. Also flip the matress as it will have a deep hollow in it if you dont flip it regularly.

Nifty:cool:

If your neck is cracking then I would say that it is most definitely out of alignment. That will cause headaches and vision problems.
