any thoughts on this?
it's based on applying a sequence of tapping motions to accupuncture meridian points on the body.
clinical evidence suggests ( and this is supported by the NHS as an extremely effective, fast way to resolve anxiety, depression, obsessional and phobic states - without the use of drugs or traditional psychological approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy ) that more than 75% of people can expect a complete "cure" after a few sessions.
i'd be interested to hear if anyone has actually used this technique or is a practitioner of it.
i am aware that this is not a new intervention, but find it interesting that mainstream medicine is actually embracing ancient knowledge systems.
