Interview with Gareth Icke

Yesterday I “coincidentally” picked up a copy of December’s “UFO Magazine” at a jumble sale and was pleased to see that it featured an interview with Gareth Icke, the older son of our Dave. I didn’t care much for the introduction by the author, Jeremy Vaeni. He said that all he knew about David Icke was the notorious Jon Ronson film and his radio interview on Whitley Strieber’s Dreamland Radio. He said that he often flicked through Icke’s books in the bookshop, but never bought them because the read too much like the “National Geographic” and the cover design is borrowed from Bill Cooper’s “Beyond a Pale Horse”. He then gets stuck in the groove of the question of whether Icke is “antee-Sum-ittick”. He says: ”When he talks of a secret power elite controlling the world, he means lizard-people: lizards who’ve taken the form of people who happen to be Jewish. This could well have happened to Christians or Muslims if they were the money-grabbing power elite, but they aren’t. Jews are.”

After this tongue-in-cheek statement he goes on to give Gareth a fair interview, rather than going on with his attempt to find out if David is lying through Gareth. Gareth is actually very different to his father. He’s a keen musician who’s following his own path. (He also supports Derby County which must drive our Dave, a Leicester fan, nuts!) However Gareth takes his dad’s work seriously and says very wisely: “Why not (should Bush be a Reptile)? Jesus walked on water and Moses parted the sea. That’s taken as real… If you look back far enough there are more (mythological) references to these ideas than there are about a man called Jesus”.

gareth and his band are on my space...........theres also i david icke my space -but its just a fan not actually david..............but alex jones has got a page on there....plus lots other folks who resist the new world order.................i left a message on gareths band page saying how i support his dads work...............hehe.....they wrote back saying thanks :p :p

I remember the recent documentary around Christmas 2006 with David and his family and you could see that he loved his children very much and they loved him.

It struck me that Gareth is very much his own man. He's not just "the son of David Icke" he's got his own identity and his own creativity.

Me, I'm an old married woman, and hopelessly in love with my husband. So, no dating for me, but doesn't change the obvious fact that Gareth is hot (and talented!)

he's a lovely guy, was looking at his myspace on a few occasions, so much like his dad (lookswise i mean!). Very talented and true to himself.

he's a lovely guy, was looking at his myspace on a few occasions, so much like his dad (lookswise i mean!). Very talented and true to himself.

There is an ad on UK Television for Sun Bingo - with people pulling funny faces stuck on cardboard circles. One of them I am sure is Gareth Icke - anyone else seen this? It could be him as I know he sells him self as a model and was in the Virgin Mobile TV ad!

I just saw this ad again, Gareth Icke is in a white costume while all the others are in dark costumes? Significant? :)
