This is weird, but I guess just some kind of visual illusion or reflection.

Alien images show up outside home

CALGARY, Alberta - Would you believe aliens have landed in North America?

Well, neither did Global television station CICT in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

The station got word that alien images had shown up on the exterior wall of a home in the southwest part of town. So they went to check it out.

It all started a few days ago when Karen Henuset discovered the images.

"I looked out and I thought, 'Oh my gosh, I've lost my mind.' So I asked our nanny to come and take a look at this and the hair on her arms just stood straight up," said Henuset.

Karen couldn't wait to show her husband Reid when he came home.

"She says stop you've got to come see this," said Reid Henuset.

There's no doubt why people are so puzzled and shocked by the out of this world discovery. The image looks like the heads of two aliens.

"Clear as day, you see two eyes on each of them, they both have this little thing over their head, it's a little weird," said Reid.

Even neighbor Hal Kuntzee was a little shocked by the images.

"I thought it was time to pack and move, they're pretty unusual, but friendly looking," said Kuntzee.

Most everyone believes the images are not real aliens but the sun's reflection off a nearby window.

The images show up daily in the late afternoon unless there are clouds.

'Soldier ghost' caught on camera

A group of amateur film-makers believe they may have proof that ghosts really do exist after one of them caught something strange on camera.

George Gunn said he captured pictures of a ghostly apparition while out walking along a footpath in Outwood, near Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

Mr Gunn, a member of Outwood Community Video Club, said he thought the figure looked like that of a Roman soldier.

He said he had heard tales of ghosts being seen in the area.

But he added: "I still don't believe in them."

'Something peculiar'

The apparition appears to be still in the footage, but fades momentarily as two people jog through it.

Mr Gunn did not notice the figure until he reviewed his film later in the day.

Mr Gunn said: "I've had the camera for quite a while now and I have never had any problems with lighting or sun glare or anything like that.

"There is something peculiar about it."

Mike Hooley, who is also a member of the video club, said: "George rang me up and said: 'Do you believe in ghosts?'

"I said 'no' and I still don't but when I saw the film I was quite amazed really."

Members of the video club are now planning to do their own research into whether there were any Roman settlements in the area.

Yeah, interesting footage. Looks like a holographic projection of some sort, as it doesn't move at all. Don't think those old blokes faked it though. Bit of a mystery.

I've seen a "shadow being" close up, like 3 feet away and had it confirmed by another member of my family without any input from me.

No the one I saw was a definite bulky humanoid shaped shadow (head, shoulders no visible neck) walking up stairs towards me.

Only it was a shadow independent of any direct light source and if possible I would best describe it as a shadow in the dark, if that makes sense. But yes I could definitely sense a brooding intelligence.

I've posted the details elsewhere as it happened about two years ago and I wanted to put in down in writing in case I started to fill in the details with pseudo facts at a later date.

My daughter saw it as well because after I came back out of the bathroom about three mins later she was standing there looking down the stairs through the stair gate and without me saying anything she said,"Daddy I think I've just seen a darkman coming up the stairs".

Creeped the hell out of me as all night I'd had the feeling that something was standing over my shoulder.

I've a feeling that may be a submarine. The hole is actually the top of a tube that is attached to the upper hatch on the fin (conning tower bridge). It allows people to enter or leave the sub while it is dived, special forces or secret agents, etc. The way thew water pours in could be because the crew are testing it to see how quickly it floods if the sub uses depth control.

Did it happen to look a bit like wearing a hood of some sort - I think I remember seeing something like that?!

A cloud-shaped humanoid, but you couldn't properly see its head, as it was 'hooded' - I definitely got the sense of it being self-confident :o
