Today i was shocked, so i gotta get it out.

what is it with today's teenage girls that they have to be so outrageous as to post pictures of thereslelfs and reveal on facebook and twitter to everyone in XXX rated porn images. apparently it came about today that this young girl aged 14 who goes to my daughters school thinks its cool to do this kind of thing obviously for attention.

like' i can get the most views'
or, 'i will be so popular'.

when i was young we did stuff for attention for sure, but never what they do today.

my daughter just laughed and says she does it all the time.

it makes me so sad to hear things like this. maybe i'm just an old fashioned girl.:)

the lass that did these things when i was at school.... did the backpacker thing and fucked herself around europe until she got genital herpes, then she turned manhater and became a professional clitty licker and penis's were her down fall.

there might be some wisdom in covering the women up and denying them education and jobs after puberty....

sex and culture by unwin... google it.... a good read

It is your generations fault and the generations before that.

It is called the snowball affect. Do you not see how each year we grow more and more desensitized? Sure you didnt do a lot. But compared to years before you, your actions were xXx. Now hers are. You think it is bad now? Wait for a few years to come.

Many, even most, young girls today are robotic and virtual sheep. They are obsessed with their mobile phones and their bodies, and much is down to the dross they consume from television and media like FB, trash magazines and celebrity culture. They crave attention and are blind to the fact that their hundreds of online friends are not genuine friends at all but mere numbers to display for false self-esteem and to satisfy the ego.

They can barely utter a single sentence without using the word 'like' several times over. The word 'like' has replaced adjectives and descriptive terminology because they just do not have the mental capacity to be more coherent.

Other than that, they're great!

Mainstream conventionalism seems intent to flood the media with an obsession on the physical through every facet of projection into our lives. It's sole focus on the physical as a mold to fit the mind pushes the agenda that the physical representation is all that matters: to look a certain way, to sell the body / form becomes ingrained in societies benchmark on reality - that we have to look a certain way, behave a certain way to fit in, to be accepted.

The nurturing of mind, soul and heart is lost to the over-bearing phenomena that views the body as a sale-ticket to riches and fame and the neediness to be accepted then finds a stage from which to broadcast with the form.

It's sad, that so many people are both buying into the bullshit that we are purely physical beings, and selling themselves on a lie...... the media is full of this bullshit, it ruins lives, fucks up people's minds, makes them feel worthless, and lives on the premise that they can feel like Gods, if only for a moment by flaunting their bodies........

14 years old? FFS. Maybe in time she will grow to regret her choices, does she realise their full implications right now?

And, on the back of that she's pampering to sycophantic pedophiles and narcissists who will cheer her on for their own cheap thrills, i'd hope that this girl has someone in her life to show her that she doesn't need to attract that kind of attention - unfortunately, had she had she wouldn't be doing it now.

Very sad,

Girls at that stage of puberty are a danger to themselves, their need to be liked, accepted and noticed is hormonally driven. They need to be protected for their own sakes, too many parents have forgotten this part of their role. Girls are so eloquent in making their dislike of parental restraint known, that they put parents off enforcing the rules needed to protect them. Parents need to realise they need to step up and be the protectors they should be.

Kids are always in a war with each other on who has this, whos nails look better, who has the best and greatest outfit, and most of the time these teenage girls feel so insecure and have a low self esteem so they take pictures like that to get attention and make themselves feel pretty or more so ,(glamorous). Kids dont realize that beauty is really on the inside and not a psychical trait

I believe its additives in food, chemicals in the water under fluoride, and TV stars which are hyperfeminising girls and causing them to grow up too early.

Did you allow your child to watch television? Yes? Well, who is to blame? The people behind the screen that influence her, or the person that allowed her to watch it?

I have noticed that the standard of parenting these days is absolutely abysmal. It is shocking just how poorly children treat their parents these days, and the parents take it all. They simply have no idea. Our grandparents may have been strict, but they would have brought up a child who wasn't a little spoilt bastard, as 95% of the little fuckers are these days.

Not all young girls are like this and young men can have the same esteem issues, but I will agree that many have become like what the OP describes.

When I was a teen girl I was very conservative and covered myself up, wore button up blouses that barely showed my arms and I always wore jeans. My mother used to say all the time 'You need to show your pretty long legs. Wear skirts and stop covering yourself up!'

The parenting issue also reminds me of how my mother once again, talked with me on more than one occasion about how my body is my temple and how I should respect it. She told me early about sex, that one day I would have men pursuing me for it but to be selective and careful if I decided to share myself with someone, someone special. So when I hit puberty I had no curiosity or interests to go out engaging in meaningless sex and chasing boys. Basically, I had no desire to be 'wild'. I am grateful she kept it real with me and helped to build my self-respect.

Had a friend coming up, her parents were strict with her and would not talk to her like my parents did. She started sneaking out to meet boys, she lost her virginity very early and she became very promiscuous. All hell broke loose! Parents need to keep it real with their children.

very x rated stuff. think dogs and bananas

i wouldn't post it anyway because that would be another 'hit' for her.

but, on a side note,

do you younger guys find it attractive that the young girls are doing this stuff?
a lot of the young girls today i have noticed on facebook etc are all pouting ridiculously and
making sure they look 'hot' and 'hard' and 'sexy' rather than just plain attractive natural and sexual. granted they want to look good and different but my daughter shows me her school aquaintences and most of them are 'pouting posers'
she agrees they look abnormal which is a good thing. i wonder if the parents actually know what they are up to behind their bedroom doors. i dread to think.

Our kids are being sexualised everywhere you look and its terrifying.
They are being taught no self worth and have idiots like TOWIE stars to "look up to" & Tulisa "banging on" (scuse the pun) about her blow job tape. No wonder kids are messed up:(

My Daughters are always telling me about their friends who send x rated images to other boys. Apparently its a trend. the school phone me the other day to say it was a police matter as my daughter had witnessed images of a girl exposing herself to a boy via text and it had gone round the whole school.

I blame the media and that fucking whore robot nikki minaj and her handlers for making girls like this,
My girls would never do this but I see it on FB as I have some of their friends as my friends and they are lways trying to out do each other in the nakedness. I really have to bite my tongue. It makes me sick that the parents don't know what their little angels are up to.

I agree, then you see the soaps where the kids on there are talking to their parents like shit. If my kids spoke to me like some of these litle fucks they would get their arse spanked.
I always brought my kids up to respect other people but there are some little shits noadays with such bad parenting that its just all a disaster waiting to happen.

Maybe you guys are just prudes. :p

What's wrong with them sexually expressing themselves? Should they be ashamed or afraid of having sex? Ashamed of their bodies?

I don't have a problem with it. Not really a battle I'd want to fight. To some degree such expression is a form of rebellion, which I like. However today it seems to be more of a conformist crowd, with such exploits being something used to fit in rather than to stand out.

unfortunetly, everything has degenerated to low levels. wether it's production of cars, to household appliances to even attention seeking. and this is all to keep us in a lower vibrational state.

I remember when I was about 5 or 6, I used to hang around with the neighbours daughter who was my age, one day we were in my bedroom and we decided to get naked and lay next to each other in bed, I honestly can't remember why, we didn't do anything, we didn't know how to, we were just exploring each others bodies as it was a completely new experience for both of us, then my mum walked in and went absolutely ballistic at me, which on thinking back, was a completely stupid thing to do, it probably instilled some sort of guilt/shame in each of us that being naked around one another was wrong.

But yes, I agree chickpea, doing it for attention/popularity is a bit stupid, these kids are reflecting what they see in the media, they watch whores getting what they want and think it's a perfectly normal thing to do.

In this day and age of selfishness and immorality it's up to us as parents to stop this from happening. This is the fault of her parents as much as any exterior influnence. There is no way on earth that my little girl will grow up to do these kinds of things. These are our kids and it's in our power to educate them as they are growing up and preserve their innocence.

The battle isn't lost. Just some mindless, apathetic and lazy parents that haven't got the common decency to raise their kids properly. Sadly, the UK is full of this breed of parent.
