This is the problem most of us have (sorry but presuming here). Most of my mates , and co workers, use "conspiracy theorist" when ever I say anything. Just stick by your guns...one of my aunts told my mum the other day that her husband claimed that , after reading some book (no idea what it was), he said that I was right.....right on what I have no idea ...but its good to know people have actually listened to me.
