View Full Version : Sigmund Frued- Hybrid?

I had an intuition today as I watched a video in which a picture of Sigmund Freud appeared that he was, in fact, one of the reptilian hybrids of an earlier generation.
Points which make me suspect this intuition to be correct are as follows:
1) Freud's obsession with suppressed sexuality, and advocacy that human impulse must be "tapered" or "controlled."
2) The continued success of his bloodline in nephew Edward Bernays
3) The mere fact that he was prominent in his day, as grass roots intellectual movements hardly existed in the early 1900's.
Obviously, I have nothing close to a smoking gun from a left-brain perspective, but I was curious if anyone else on this forum had considered the same idea and had any insight they might wish to share.
Thanks :)

Nah, i think he's just another crazy theorist with a simple yet 'pleasurable' view on life. Much of his philosophy is becoming outdated.

How is it becoming outdated?
The guy actually brought forth some ideas that were ahead of his time. It's not like everything he did related to that ridiculous "every guy wants to bone his mom" theory, of course that seems to be all we are taught to remember.
I would suggest doing your own research when it comes to anything, especially people in history. Things get blown out of proportion and twisted as time goes on.
Seems like a brilliant person that became addicted to a hard drug. Seems like a common theme.

I don't want to be an ass but I feel I should point out I have never heard of one of those, but the other two are pretty much blogs where anyone can post an article regardless of credentials. I actually have an account on helium myself :o
I understand this "anti feminist" viewpoint, considering he said some things that were offensive to woman, but this doesn't negate every theory or bit of work the man has ever done.
I disagree with the idea that females "desire" a penis during a stage in their development, but I'm not going to throw it out just because it offends people. Sometimes the truth can be offensive.
I disagree with that particular theory but it's no less "outdated" than the idea that if you breastfeed a boy he will grow up to be obsessed with breasts.
Again, this is the guy that brought the idea that you are something other than your mind into the mainstream. He attempted to map out the consciousness, and didn't do a horrible job of it although others have done a better one.
If he had never done the work he did, people might still have this false idea that we are nothing but the mind and that the mind is something we are 100 percent conscious and aware of at all times.
I mean we wouldn't even complain about subliminal messages if we had no concept of a subconscious, since we wouldn't understand the danger.

Of course. I believe freud was one of the foundations of modern psychology (if not the main). There is even a form of literary criticism devoted to him.
It's how his theories get a bit 'odd' that probably inspired the OP and why it's less credible today.

I understand that, but we are on the David Icke forum so it just seems strange to write him off because of "odd theories"
And the drugs obviously messed him up a bit. I don't think he's a reptilian (if they even exist) but I do think he got involved with something bigger than himself.
That's often how these things are, a few brilliant ideas and then some left over crap.

Yeah seems like David Icke won the "odd theories" contest when he proclaimed himself to be jesus or started talking about alien reptiles controlling everyone.
Still, when you look at the way he says these things and the message behind it, there's a brilliance to what he's saying.
Right now, I don't even think he believes in reptilians. I think he's just using it as a way to draw people in so he can talk about real issues like the unknowable and forces that are controlling the masses by manipulating minds through advertising and mass media.
Even when he claimed to be jesus it seemed less serious and more "But why would that be so impossible" or something. You would have to see the videos, I don't believe in jesus but if I did, he might of had me going.

That's where i was thrown off :p as soon as he dished that out. I've noticed the reptilian part is what is keeping him from being taken more seriously, as a lot of people can't really accept that our entire government is a sinister alien race (including me). But i'm sure thT's how they see it metaphorically ;)

The government is where it starts to lose me. It's not really about the government, our government (assuming you live in the US) doesn't have the power people seem to think it has.
The real problem seems to be the psychopaths that have hijacked our government. Corporate superpowers have more power than our government. Power is being taken from our congressmen yet they are supposed to be the bad guys mad with power.
Then again, I don't see the fed and CIA as part of OUR government, just a cancerous tumor that currently exists on it.
But of course none of this is as attractive as the idea that "the man is keeping us down" so it kind of gets ignored in favor of simpler theories.

Very true. Most conspiracy theories are centered around that very belief - "the government is the center of evil and aims to enslave us" when the families of congressmen have to live in our same society and would not be much benefitted.
And placing a supreme 'evil' that cannot be destroyed unless we 'search within ourselves'... A bit distracting when we should be watching what goes on around us.
It's the easy way out :)
