Osmosis is good but you do have to have minerals we drink sparkling water bottled water to add minerals into our diet.
with ph of 7 or above

The best water you can drink is natural spring water preferably with good mineral content. This water is sometimes below 6.9 in ph and that is fine.

You have a great understanding of nutrition. If you want to understand water, you need to read Viktor Schauberger. He is to water what Weston Price is to nutrition. No one has ever understood water as well as Schauberger.

Water is alive. Reverse osmosis weakens or kills water. You do not ever want to drink water obtained through reverse osmosis, no matter how many minerals you put in it.
