Made by Steve Jackson around 1995 these cards were just a game sold commercially. However, the cards are creepy. See for yourself and keep in mind that they were made in 1995...
Apparently that third last one is about the Olympic games in London. Even the colours that the people are wearing are the same as the rings.

That's very interesting and almost certainly not a coincidence. I wonder who created this game and for what reason he did it?
Funny that Romney's camp picked Paul Ryan (Ron Paul?) as it's VP.
