I just saw this fox ad on tv:
How to keep your cholesterol in check:
1. Eat low-fat diet
2. Lose weight (something like that)
3. Exercise daily
I thought cholesterol and fat was good for you...?
Am I missing something?
I don't necessarily agree with point2 either.
