for people who are single getting yourself a morgarge is near immposible.
Studio or 1 bed flats are very rare and price wise arent much diffrent from a 2bed flat.
So i was wondering if anyone knows of any service which attempts to pair people up who can then get a morgage rather than having to feel they are wasting money on rent.

what makes you think you need to take a morgarge out to get somewhere to live? living in and owning your house and home (such as a large house by the sea with a large garden, or whatever your birthright is) is free and has been so for millions of years. eating food is also free. anyone who suggests that an ordinary person owes 25 years of their time and 250,000GBP or whateverGBP just to be allowed to live in their own house is a walking zombie, or a very bad person. explain this to your relatives and people. if the tv tells you all about the people struggling with their 40 year loan and the rush to get on the rising property ladder, just dont play this game of snakes and ladders. get back to reality. to acquire your house you should inherit it, or move into 1 which no one wants, or save up the whole price of the house. if i were to pay for my house then maybe 300.00GBP (three hundred quid) plus a few months of my time (maybe to build) might be acceptable to me.

I understand its our right to have a house and it shouldnt cost us 35years of our life, i dont beleive it should be free it is still bricks and mortar and needs energy to build and conversion of your energy to someone with the expertise to build via money.
However it is the case now that it will take 35 years of someones life to earn property and even worse than that now as there is a class divide happening and so you have landlords and non landlords so it will now take all of your life to earn the roof over your head via rent.
Saving up the full amount is totaly unviable with the inflation today you would be losing a large percentage of your savings every year when they inflate the currency thereby debasing the value of your savings.
The bottom line is the consiousness of ignorance has allowed this system to take place and therefore ignorance is raining supreme and if you are in this world you are chained to the ignorant choice of others.
Its like the id chips and biometrics the ignorant multituides with call for it as they will be easily sold on its apprent benefits so you to will have your details taken you will have to in order to carry on functioning no matter how enlightented you are on the subject.

No I don't, but if you want to live around Cambridge I have a house and you can buy out the outstanding. PM me. With a bit of luck you won't even have to pay it back after the next few years, as this swindle ain't going to stand at some point.
