Most of advanced civilizations and beings travel to other destinations via their C-body. After all we all have it and it takes no special machine or energy to travel with it. Most of visits by other beings we had are in their spiritual bodies.
Sometimes they vibrate at the C-energy frequency of our world in order to interact with it and then we can see them. Most of the time even then we see them in spaceships or UFO like vehicles and not in their direct spiritual bodies. Our ego mind does not accept such occurrence and thus translates what it sees in the symbols of what it knows about.
About 30% of UFO visits are done in the physical domain and with physical bodies by those traveling. Why? Because they enjoy physical travel and physical type interaction which is different than travel in C-body only.
Such UFOs use C-Energy Frequency Modulation to shift their “where” they are relative to C-energy Frequency Range – which defines the reality world we wish to visit, and also they home in on the C-energy Frequency of the specific target in that C-energy Range (Universe) – a planet, sun-star, galaxy since – each such galactic body has its own unique C-energy Frequency that no other body has.
This is how UFOs seem to appear to us from nowhere nearly instantly. This kind of near instant travel is also one reason why their spaceships are so small – not much food, liquids or fuel needed for a short hop to another universe.
Once close to the desired target for slower and more precise maneuvering they then manipulate the gravity via modulation of attraction of C-energy Units of their spaceship relative to any surroundings C-energy Units (planet or a star) they find themselves at.
They also communicate with each other and their home base via C-domain and C-energy where the communication is instant and not limited by speed of light. All of SETI efforts will never find any alien’s signal by listening to regular radio waves from space – it is too slow and too old fashioned way for interstellar communication.
