Thinking we somehow create the world with our thought, of course, is a philosophy with long roots, Lanza acknowledges, notably solipsism, the belief that one is at the center of all things in the world, and the English philosopher Bishop Berkeley's 1700's-era sermons on the non-existence of matter (Samuel Johnson famously said, "I refute it thus," kicking a rock.)

And physicists have heard this line of reasoning before, says astrophysicist and science writer David Lindley, author of the just-released Uncertainty: Einstein, Heisenberg, Bohr, and the Struggle for the Soul of Science. "This view has had some supporters over the years, but it's always been an odd attitude, and today is not taken seriously."

"Lanza says that our consciousness creates reality – but to do so, our perceptions have to bounce off something, so to speak. We have to conclude that there's something out there that our brains are interacting with, and that something has to be pretty much the same for all us, so that we all "construct" a similar-looking reality. In other words, something outside of us, independent of us, still has to exist," Lindley says.

Sorry if im off the mark with this but did I read in one of David’s books that DNA is like a transmitter and a receiver. Maybe we all bounce of one another, collectively making the ‘world’

If nothing else consider my post as a ‘free’ bump :P

G'day Teslafire,

What model of the Universe do you offer up that contradicts 'conciousness creating reality' ?

With LOVE.

but if we can see something is there its only because our minds inform us there is something there to bounce off of, our minds are the only evidence that something is there.... .. of course if you think from Lanza's theory then you must be thinking from the capacity of the %10 we see, there for of course the %90 will spear to be something outside of our selfs... when its still very much apart of us....

it sounds like he thinks that this is an outside of us... I don't think there is ... we are not a body... or an object... we are energy, everything is energy that all vibrates as one... and we are apart of it...everyone of us....

if i quite a little bit of Icke.... its like a drop of water.... when that drop is in the ocean, is it a drop of water?and whats out side of it?

we are all codes... and we can manipulate the codes around us....whats beyond that code?? ..more of us.

pf course if you want to create an outside, then you can.

IMO if you think "logically" with a 3 dimensional way of thinking.... then there will always be more questions than answers.... and what we really are will never make sence...

we have 5 senses that present us with our "reality"

I think everything that has happened is yet to happen and everything that is yet to happen as happened....

time is not even real.... everything happens at the same time, this is why there is a consciousness that knows everything.... and we are that consciousness but we do not "see" with our full site so to speak.... and scocity is doing its best to keep it that way...

why are we so distant from are full potential? ...this is something that fascinates me.

time is a man made clock..... what happened to the you 5 seconds ago? ...where is that person.... what about the one 5 seconds after that? there are drugs you can take that get you high for 1o mins but seem like hours....

i think people complicate what we are imprisoned in. as reality, im not saying we do not perceive time...we all do, but it is not real... its a false perception....... we only see time and rely on it so because we are not working properly. and its only so important and hard to forget because its drilled into us.

the only reason time is so relivent for us because

Lindley says.

he also attempted to clone human embryonic stem cells, mmm very familiar...

I think we cna only speculate about what the nature of higher dimesions is like

If you have not had any expiances that inform you with enough to do more than speculate.... if you don't then of course you can only speculate.... if you understand you are god, then its a start.

Is it really impriosnment though, god made it possible for us to percive time surely for a reason

? Time is realtive, to us it's not so. I personally kinda like life which i see as agift and not a prison

well you can call it what you like, its a struggle of not being able to experience more than a small part of reality... there are many people that are happy, yet you can still get high right? ...if you are happy then what do you feel when you take an E and feel wonderful.... why does that high exist?... because you experience a sence of freedom.

Yes time is relative in our state.... and the way we live our lives we cant live with out monitoring it.... every single person on the planet focuses on time to the point it probably makes there %10 of site into %5 ..... but we already know this world is completely and utterly messed up...so why do people keep referring to it as reality and how things are.... its how screwed up things are... not how they are...

what is time?, describe it to me with out bringing up a clock.... forget minutes and seconds.... all time is is a perception of reality, we need it to move one foot in front of the other, without time we could not do it.... to shape a word we need time, so our minds need a perception of time to shape all of the matter we see with our 5 senses...

in all honesty I feel im trying to explain a place where words do not even have a place, as well as time. so its quite tricky...

also I love life... even when im down i love life...its all experience.... I still think we are all prisoners though....

Well here is another bump, cause I think you are right!

Also, today me and friends of mine, think that we may have discovered a direct link between sun's energy and our DNA. David icke did say that the DNA is a transmitter/receiver.
Well, I think we know why the illuminati are obsessed with the sun!
We think the energy, behind the sun, is a representation of our DNA
As such this energy (associated with the sun) is a transmitter/receiver
This energy transmits and receives realities

Has anyone got any research or any other information, on this?
