Just a thread to share your experiences within the collective meditation. :)

I've done the meditation every day so far, with the last 2 days being noticably deeper. I 'click' straight into it immediately now, and whilst there has been nothing profound so far, it has been much deeper than my usual meditations. I wonder whether the collective nature reinforces or enables the individual? :)

Last 4 days I was "clearing" Earth, and Ocean, and Gaza from unjust and pain, or whatever negative, with my heart. but only today I started to meditate and scrolling images of better world, or better time spending by Jews and Palestinians.
Like:
- Israeli soldier is sitting under the tree with Palestinian guy and talking and laughing over some joke.
- Like Israeli guy helping to create small airplane and playing with Palestinian kid
- Like Israeli and Palestinian guys digging a water canal and looking on a result of their work, and shacking hands with smile :)

And those images goes fast, and I feel really excited and lost my time while meditating :) Just my images for better world.

Well, i have just tried the ''every heart makes a difference'' for the first time and the experience was wonderful. I was initially shocked to see a picture depicting the White House and the grounds but i persisted. The more i focused on the image whilst breathing deeply the deeper the love i was feeling. By the end, i wanted to fill the White House with my love that was emanating from my heart!. it really does work. :)

Imagine if you could click into it 24hrs a day and be completely aware of everything.

If we can imagine it then we can make it! Hold that vision, it is your creation, a beautiful idea :)

This all links in with understanding the nature of reality and energy being the vibrational basis of that reality. Every thought we produce gives out vibrations which ultimately affect the energy field of people - their aura, and the earth's energy field. Fear and turmoil produce sticky, heavy, negative vibrations whereas joy, love and meditation produce light, healing, loving vibrations. The best combination is the informed, loving, healing visualisations done with the many.

It really works and it can change the world. Protesting on the streets ends in violence, trauma, fear and is part of the same cycle. As Einstein said in his famous quote, you cannot solve a problem with the same level of consciousness that created it. Meditation is like side stepping out of that fear, and violence level into a higher consciousness.

Hope this helps!

Much love

The more of us that do it at the same time the more powerful it is. When we think about all the love and peaceful vibrations that have been put out through the generations with all the monks and nuns, good people and others going about their daily lives helping, healing and with compassion I see it as an amazing source to link with. This links well with music and shamanic dance and especially with the Ghost Dance of the Native American Indians. These spirits can all help and contribute to the change for justice, love, healing and compassion, empathy and transparency we are seeking to bring about.

So as we see the soldiers playing with the children, the rebels throwing away their weapons and going home, the whistleblower risking their lives to reveal what the politicians and the corporations want to remain hidden I visualise the lion pulling back the curtains as I repeat throughout the day, 'Let there be light'. Also very useful when a song or hymn or prayer anything that has words which feel wrong. I use the tunes and put in my own words! And avoid music by Vivaldi..... Much lovexxxxxx

Hi
We are creating the reality we would like for all. Fairness, justice, peace, joy, compassion, empathy and above all, love.
Everyone can join. David has suggested 9.30pm UK time for at least 20 minutes but that may not suit everyone. I have found dawn the best for me. I seem to awake naturally then and do my peace meditation with a music tape for about an hour and then go back to sleep! There is no mystery about it. David suggests focus on breathing love from your heart which is a good start. I prefer lying down and relaxing, using 2 rose quartz crystals on my sacral chakra and heart chakra and massage my abdomen with jasmine essential oil.
Then I begin to visualise the rebel soldiers in Syria throwing down their arms and going home, the buildings being rebuilt and families happy and relaxing. Then I move to Palestine and see it happening there and then moving to the pentagon and inserting a golden fountain of love being inserted into the ground plan of the pentagon up through the whole building. The same with the white house, the knesset in Tel Aviv and then newspaper headlines. Clinton, bush and blair and obama arrested for war crimes, Hague and Cameron replaced. Banksters arrested and in jail. Monsanto and gmo's banned and cancer treatment found for all. Houses and communities becoming vibrant again. Reverse the wrong with what we would like to see and so create it. You get the picture!
Everyone with their ideas needed. No exclusive clubs! Lovexxxxxx
