I am really pleased that david has given us something we can all actually do and very easily:)I will try and do this.I am not sure if I can do this everyday though as I work unsocial hours and Im often asleep by 9.30 pm!But on the days I can I will do this.Fantastic idea,also the idea of organising mass peaceful groups.Again,something we can all take part in with with ease.Can I ask if mods will be organising these get togethers in all parts of the country?That would be good and useful to:):)

You have to remember that your working with energy because everything is made of energy(vibrating and various speeds) and sending out LOVE even when your cant syncronise with the uk will still be ok.... because there is no such thing as time.... its just a concept.And use your imagination when sending out love..... you can visualise yourself a as beacon of love and you are lighting up other peoples hearts and so they too become beacons of love.You can visualise a rainbow traveling around the planet and everyone absorbing its rays as it passes through them ...along with the music lyrics from the beatles "All you need is LOVE" "LOVE is all you need" you can even visualise the rainbow leaving earth and travelling around in space and then returning back.Even imagine Love being absorbed by the people who try to govern our lives..... send them love and lots of it..... visualise their hearts growing and beating stronger with LOVE.We are the weavers of the world and united in LOVE we can create a world how we want it to be. So use your imagination and be as creative as you like.
Also on a personal level.... start hugging people and learn to forgive or say sorry...... because when you work on yourself ...you are assisting with the planets healing and the people as a whole.People respond to kindness and it restores faith in mankind.United we stand and devided we fall....... where is the sense of community these days.... people are becomming isolated and detatched from each other . I think if we are going to get the numbers we will have to try to reach further thatn the forum. There is already the great intention out there maybe we could join with this? I like the name.:)

We need a logo a thing that everyone around the world knows for example the time and day, I would suggest a sunday because less people work.

This could be a global movement all over the world. If we could harness the power of the chinese we would be laugthing they are also good at meditating :D

I think we need to set it up like the great intention, I think it should be for everyone who belives theres a conspiracy or not. For everyone who sees all the rubbish in the world and once a week can join to try to send out possitive vibes.

Ofcourse this is just my opinion but I know David was talking about getting millions involved I think this would be the way to do it, to think bigger than just us and the forum. There are loads of visitors to ickes work that dont visit the forum, and many who may have read a book or watched youtube clips and not made it to the site.

I think we need to make a poster, and hopefuly some other sites might join in and put up the poster on there site. Like I said the great intention is out there already great name maybe we could look in to that.

Maybe we could even could link up with some chinese japanese and indian sites. I think they do a lot of meditating and stuff so once a week focusing on love for the world would be easy for them to join in.

I think sitting down on the leylands is not going to be for everyone so we shouldnt exclude anyone. Even if you traveling on a plane or a bus or whatever your doing you will know the time to do it. So I think this has to be a time best suited globaly.

Thats a good idea when these bands against bullying came out I was thinking what are these. Like the arthritis bands people always ask whats that. Then you can reply that you take part in a global movement every sunday at such and such a time to meditate and send out good vibes.

Meditating and sending out possitivity is pretty mainstream and I think if we are lucky it could catch on.

Well done sounds like you had a great morning :) maybe you can get this going on any reiki sites you know about? I think we need to get a poster and get as many people involved as possible.

Maybe you could write some tips to help people who are new to meditation, maybe a short guilde on sending out energy and possitive intent? Or maybe some evidence of the power of reiki for those who may not be so sure that this stuff works? Just a idea if you feel this could benifit people.

Its about LOVE .... not religion.... religion is the cause of alot of the problems in the world. And you dont have to time yourself.... just have sometime to yourself set aside to be in the MOMENT.If we can all connect at the same time every day great.... but like time release vitamins that work all day long.... SO CAN WE . the fact that were all in different time zones... we can have the same effect 24/7.

Symbolism is just a means of helping people connect.... its not about wearing a badge as a statement .But as a reminder that is reassuring in times of despair or challanges to live with love and not fear. Not everyone knows how to work from within..... it can sometimes be a alien concept.... but on a mental level they want to do something.... it matters not how you get there ....just the fact that you get there.

Today i saw a woman with a notice pinned to both the front and the back of her top.and she was carry two buckets... the notice read " Ask me what im doing" and on each bucket was another notice saying "walking for water"
well people are naturally curious and suspicious these days. I thought it was a great way of getting the message over to people.

You can lead a horse to water but you cannot make them drink..... so the more people see the badges being worn by folk... the more curious they become to ask.... the fact that its a symbol of love ie heart ... they are drawn by their own heart to ask but not necessarily aware why.

I have been following developments on this nutcase Planet since the early 90's and over that period of time have been involved in many things, but always in the background there has been a personal practise which was Heart based and Spiritual in essence, so to now see and hear that there will be a coming together of the 'many' is wonderful to say the least. It's been a few minutes. The picture began to glow and sway slightly.
Kept breathing in and out. Stared at what looked like the grey alien above the heart. And by doing so the shape of the heart became clearer.

I started off and got some good energetic feelings but I found it difficult to focus for more than 10 min. Maybe it's a matter of self-discipline. I found I got a headache at one point. I never looked at any pic, I was listening to my trance music lead on my bed building up strong energy and trying to send it out througth my hands and my outstreched body. I was thinking about possitive things and trying to send out love :D

I think it's the generator of love at the same time that is key here, lot's of love into the energy sea at the same time, fantastic for everything living in this energy field. :)

The picture began to glow and sway slightly.
Kept breathing in and out. Stared at what looked like the grey alien above the heart.
Exactly how I was and like someone else said I could only really focus for 10minutes but I assumed that to be due to my concentraion impairments also got the headache at one point also saw flickering like a candle flame and flames in the background even had the warmth in my chest but that turned to pain I assume due to health issues...
I stayed with it for the 20mins repeating the intentions ...
Ive got the warm feeling back with some energy buzz that I sometimes get...
Im ready to join in again tomorrow night...
I will have to dip in and out but I will try...

I think it would be a great idea for us to change our Avatars to either Picture ;)
And then just focus on that at the 9.30pm UK Time.

I found the experience quite powerful actually for 15 mins.
I feel that if you are not used to Meditation on a regular basis.
Then there is no rush. Just begin with 1 Minute. And increase by 1 Minute a day.
And to help. It can be useful to just focus on the Image. Breathe it into your 3rd Eye - Into the centre of your head at the Pineal Gland. Then on the outbreath. Send the image down to the Heart Chakra.

Add your Intentions to what you wish to see in the World and then focus on sending this Energy into the Heart or Earth image whichever one you're using.
Maybe you wish to see People holding Hands around the Globe and hugging each other. Or see the Ice within the Elites / Illuminati Hearts just melt away

Weird thing is, about 10-15 mins into it i also suddenly started to 'feel' Mr Icke himself! It was like i could also 'feel' everybody's hands and hearts connecting around the globe, and it built up to such a unified and loving crescendo!

Yes, I did too! I 'saw' a whole matrix of happy jewel-like beings holding hands around the planet. And felt the heart morph into David's image once. Then just before I stopped I got the lyrics to a song pounding in my head so when I finished I youtubed it and spent the next few minutes bounding round the room to Katrina and The Waves.....

After reading about this yesterday morning and having had a particularly crap day at work,this made me feel really uplifted:)I decided to try and make a difference and focused on positive thoughts all day.Knowing that my vibrational energies could affect things around me and make a positive difference especially with others doing the same thing too,was a very good experience.At 9.30 p.m I focused even harder on positive/love/good thoughts.

Yeah, times a funny thing. Reckon if you can't make it at that time any other time will do as time and it's sequence is ultimately illusory. To do the meditation after 9.30pm GMT, but to have the INTENTION to be meditating with every-one else, is just as powerful. It's all in the intention, eh.

I learnt to meditate in the 70's, because I felt as though I was looking for something and didn't know what and although I learnt many things (in group meditations, meetings and courses), it was still all a bit hazy... until now.... now everything has suddenly clicked into place and I know the reason why I was compelled to search for more. This was amazing, I felt the energy. The one problem I had was the site was not specific enough on what picture to focus on. So I chose the heart. Then realizing later David meant all of us focus on the new picture below every day. I will try the picture below tonight.

It would have been better just to clarify a little better which photo to focus on as the heart on fire was confusings. It's of no matter, we were all the same page and I really love David, what he's doing and look forward to being a member for life here.

Oh no, I almost went overtime.

This was different from last night for me...
I see a face in the pale blue of the sea ...
I had to go look at the Heart to get me connected so I will start with the heart first before going to the picture of the day ...
I used a large lump of clear crystal too...
I also lost 5mins as in I think I fell asleep or just went to a different place Im not sure...
It took 10minutes to get the buzz...
I just want to sleep now ...
I also notice that as with last night, everything goes very quiet and still I cant hear a sound anywhere apart from the computer humming...

That is fine. Do it your own way if that is what you feel is right but the idea of this is group focus. Very powerful.

If I were speaking on my intuition, I would have said the same thing, however, in David's words:

Okay, so here is that forum then. You guys should link it up properly with Davids text on the front page. May I also suggest (yes I may. thanks) that you make a category of forums where we can link up with people in our own countries and areas. Such as one forum for the UK with subcategories like London, Wiltshire ect. That would simplify finding people to meet up with in so called sacred sites. Also we need maps of these places... lots of them.

greenwich mean time gmt is london time :) but we change it 1 hour back in winter and forward in summer. Not sure if its summer or winter we are out of sync with gmt? :confused:

As I lay in bed this morning at 6am (Aus. East Time) I joined in the meditation by sending peaceful vibes out to the world. I then fell back asleep and had a dream where I had a very emotional reunion with an old friend I had had a very bad falling out with, years ago. It was a dream of deep forgiveness.

Maybe you could write some tips to help people who are new to meditation, maybe a short guilde on sending out energy and possitive intent? Or maybe some evidence of the power of reiki for those who may not be so sure that this stuff works? Just a idea if you feel this could benifit people.

I think it would be better to get people started with this idea by sending love to people who need it and deserve it rather than the Vatican.
I did join in the meditation at 9.30 but I struggled with the Vatican theme...though I did at one point visualise them kind of 'seeing the light'/ error of their ways, which would be a good thing..

I too found it very hard tonight and needed to hold a chunk of Clear Crystal to aid me ...
I managed 12minutes then had to concentrate on the Heart Pic again which I start with to help me ...

Very wise words there.;) That is really a profound way to raise your own vibration and to create good karma. There is a quote attributed to Jesus along those lines..."Do good to others even those who do all manner of evil against you"...something like that, haha! I was exhausted and fell asleep. I wish it wasn't so late (for me anyway). It's hard to give energy if you don't have any left. Do you think it could work as well if I picked another time?

Also this thing about sending love to the Vatican makes me feel hesitant and reminds me of an old issue that is unresolved for me. What if by "sending love" to this place, this building, these people and energy we are just feeding them/it hence making the problem worse? After all they want attention and the energy it brings, thats what those buildings are constructed to do, to bring in our attention, our love and devotion. When we do this, are we in fact doing the same mistake as worshippers going to church?

OR...

Can this energy not feed on higher energy/love at all, does it in fact break their structure down, is the intention behind our energy far more important? Does this construct/energy/entities only feed on fear, frustration and repression?

Before I do something like this, I really want to be 100% sure, for if there is any doubt in what I'm doing, I'm sure that energy will empower them.

Like some others here I struggled to find anything positive and loving about the image of that place. To be honest I found it a bit creepy.

Staring at an image of that den and sending all my love and boom-shanka makes me no different, in my eyes, to the blind masses that turn up for their ceremonies full of love and joy for their false god.

If we have the same image this evening I will try again. I will take on board what people have said about those pesky buggers not liking all the love coming their way but if I begin to feel creeped-out again I might switch back to the image of the heart.

I could'nt give in so i chilled & focussed my energy and just visualized it being sent out on the grid and amplifying with the intent of others.

With regards to peoples concerns of the Vatican being the focus, i personally believe the power of their system has derived from occult practices that ensnare the lower vibrational energies of prayers for salvation etc.
Thus, sending pure love energy of a higher vibration should hit then at the core and allow their higher selves to see the truth of their actions.

I also found it hard at first, then I focused on the obelisk in the courtyard, imagined the earth below it, (possibly a vortex point on the Earth)..and imagined a healing balm energy going from my heart to that place. That helped... I also found imagining something beautiful, like a flower you've grown, or person you love, and then send that energy.

Im finding all the posts really helpful as I have never meditated as far as Im aware ... I tried with a friend once and it was just like being in therapy visualising what I wanted rather than what I had ...
I do visualise and send Love & Light every day ...
I just go with what I feel now and take everything as a sign and everything as having a reason...
I was badly bullied & Intimadated by a few neighbours for about a year, some years ago, at the time it stressed me out to the point of wanting to end my life... Someone asked me to try sending them love everyday letting go of the bad feeling, so I lit a candle everyday and sent them Love & Light asked for them to be shown the error of their ways and be turned around to the light... Some friends thought I was crazy...
Gradually they stopped... then the 2 main perbatrators became Born Again Christains ... one then lost his marriage & moved the other stayed I decided to make the first move by speaking to the one who stayed who though he was shocked he did respond and from there still acts like nothing ever happened but has never alologised ...
I see him as a damaged soul who will never hurt me again...
I feel my sending them Love & Light worked ...

Like some others here I struggled to find anything positive and loving about the image of that place. To be honest I found it a bit creepy.


At some point image of the pope popped into my head. It made it easier to focus on something. The current pope is more of a comical character than a truly evil one in my mind. I thought that if love was to enter his heart, he would be destroyed. Then we'd get Petrus Romanus.

For me it's easier to focus on an idea than a picture.

Sorry I deleted your name and can't spell it off the top of my head. ;-) once I work out what the picture is I send what I can to what I percieve the destination to be. I then imagine my energy filling a matrix that surrounds the world. I do not worry that my love will touch people I do not particularly like. Are we not ourselves merely particles of something? I just send it regardless. Can't wait to try and guess tonights. :-)

I am sure all the abused children dont find him comical but then I find him Evil anway... :( I do Like the thought of him being destroyed though... :) Now I shouldnt say that I should just send him love... :)

I missed the first two. When I did the Tripoli one it felt great. I felt connected to others around the world and it brightened the rest of my day ( The time is 2:30 pm here). The Vatican one was horrible. The negativity came back at me and it was difficult to stay focused on sending love.
I like to look at the picture ahead of time, and then I can close my eyes and visualize it, instead of staring at a computer screen.
I, and probably other people, are not always near a computer at the chosen time, so it would be good if the picture could be posted in the morning with the date on it ( so we know it's been changed in case we miss a day). And I think it would be good to label what it is.
The first day I did 10 minutes of meditation and 10 minutes of dancing. The next day I tried to meditate for the whole 20 minutes. The first way worked better for me.

I tried moving away from computer sitting with feet up and with large lump of Rose Quartz cupped in my hands eyes shut visualising the pic of the Gaza Strip...
Then back to computer for last 5mins so did full 20mins tonight... :)

This one was much easier, no inner conflict re:vatican. Hope they had a good night in Gaza.
I do have one profound memory of being aware of my heart chakra...it was about a girl that I liked. One night when I was thinking about her I could honestly physically feel my heart chakra spinning in my chest...very powerful. It lasted on and off for about an hour.
That's the one and only time it really happened, but I guess that's the kind of level of intensity that would have some real power?

I found it easier to concentrate on the Gaza image than the Wogwarts/Vatican one. Much better choice. :)

I even aimed some of the love and warmth over the border to Israel. I hope they felt it too.

Is the image put up at night just before the meditation? I'm not typically online at that time.

After you click on the glowing heart in the headlines page...the next page that comes up with explanation on has some red writing...click on that and it takes you through to the image. I have already put the argument forward that it should be easier myself.

I found it really hard to consentrate tonight I got no heat from my Rose Quartz and just tried so dont know if just the intention was enough...
I may give it a miss on Thursdays as Ive a lot to concentrate on between 7pm -10pm every thursday...

I've been joining in, can people also post their experiences. I have been connecting in at 9:30pm AU time but with the intention to join in the UK meditation, time is just an illusion. I have been experience differences in a few things that I'm doing. Opportunities is opening up for me to help people. Should we have a clear intention?

hello, just posting this to say i think we are all making it happen together. it is the intention and attention when meditating that will work. the infinate consciousness or infinate intelligence will do the work, i always try to leave the details to the universe. only love will prevail as icke says it is thousand times stronger vibe than the fear vibe. love and peace. and trust.

There is no charge for being part of a meditation group. Anyone is free to join in.

As other's have said, placing a bubble of protection around you before meditating is a good idea. I did feel a certain negative energy when I first started this, then had to break off and start again.

One way is to encircle yourself with white light then a black circle over that, this is because those negative being's will see that white light and be attracted to it. That's just my personal opinion but each to their own.
