Take 2 lengths of insulated copper wire tie together at one end making sure the bare wire does not touch. Bare wire 1cm ether side of knot for 3 cm then connect other ends to a 3.5mm Mono jack Plug that fits a headphone socket.
Make a sound file up one channel white noise other channel high pitch whaling noise
burn to cd or download to mp3 player
plug in adapter that Allows two 3.5mm mono jack plugs,
one carrying the left and one carrying the right channel
of a stereo signal, to be connected to a 3.5mm stereo socket
put on wire copper neck less so knot is at middle of the back of neck use wire tie or similar to tighten wire at front of neck plug in to adapter, plug in headphones press play.
Make sure you hear white noise through headphones.
Note do not ware metal neck less when using jammer.

Its like hypnotizing. I used to like to cut the fan on in the bathroom to help sleep, or let the toilet run. Its similar to mantras in meditation.

Night time is bad for me, Having somebody talk into my skull as I drift of to dream land, God knows what they do to me as I sleep.

I think I might make a track up with positive massages to my self. Not sure about this one as the perpertraiotors might high jack this.They already blend into the white noise already.
