Leeds Civic Hall!!!! Owl And Phalic Obalix

Hi i was working in leeds civic hall yesterday and the first thing i noticed when i walked to the large building was the huge golden owl and obalix, the owl and the oblix was intresting as it is a government building.
I chuckled to myself and thought how the Illuminati are showing us they are incontrol and showing this right in our face lol.
