If there was a pole shift I imagine Ley Lines and existing buildings would cease to function as intended.

Buildings and regions from the time before the last pole shift that have been dormant would become active again.

Could the US be in Iraq with an eye towards Egypt eventually?

Could the Eugenics program be designed to reduce population to a small enough number where everyone could be indoctrinated back to Ancient Egypt levels.

The NWO couldn't be planning to repeat the cycle by becoming Phaeroh's again could they?

And utilising the Pyramids and any other regional secrets.

The book The Atlantis Bueprint goes into some detail about the alignment of various ancient sites and known previous pole positions...Personaly I think the energy centres may move to new positions alltogether as the new poles may be different from any positions they held in the past.

I loved that book. After I read it I spotted something and did an experiment that took me all day! I found out that if you move the Prime Meridian to Giza you end up with a planet of two halves with equal land area. If you them take the parallel that Giza is placed on and combine it with the new meridan the land surface of the world is divided into four quarters. I wrote to Flem-Ath about it.
