Just now saw this commercial and luckily found it on youtube! Is this guys pupils slit or what?!!
There was a longer version on the channel I was watching this one got cut short at the beginning

& yeah.. the eyes were a bit different, but nothing that makes me jump out of my seat.
The effect is probably the result of lighting or contacts.
