Spirit is everything that IS
Mind is everything that is believed to be
Soul is everything you are as a result of Mind's mediation of Spirit.
You can think of it as being like a waterfall (spirit) pouring down onto an umbrella (Mind) creating a bubble of dryness (soul)
To bring Spirit, Mind and Soul into alignment is the process through which you expand the horizons of what is possible until you come to the point that anything is possible.
I always think spirit and soul are the same....I can not understand the difference....but anyway....nice post :) thank you

I agree as well.
But we shouldn't confuse the human mind with the mind of our soul.
The human mind is only able to solve math problems and learn some
languages, it is unable to understand and feel spirit, only the human
heart is able to do this, the human heart is the connection with the
soul and with spirit.
yeah and theres an toxic factory up river pissing chemicals (EMF) into the stream.....:rolleyes:

What are the chemicals though?? Spirit IS everything that is, it cannot be polluted :-)
It reminds me of a "Guru" I saw in India, he was talking to a friend of mine about drugs...my friend had a stash of acid, valium, ecstasy and speed on him which the Guru was telling him he didn't need, my friend wasn't convinced...this Guru said "give me your drugs" and necked about 25 pills and tabs. We were all thinking "shit" this dudes gonna die......3 hours later he was still talking to us with no effect from the drugs.
His point was that if you do the work to connect with the essence of what YOU are and everything IS nothing can pollute you because you ARE THE ESSENCE. He also said something like "I am already high, the drugs remove inhibitions but I have no inhibitions to remove"
It was a very profound experience :-)

His point was that if you do the work to connect with the essence of what YOU are and everything IS nothing can pollute you because you ARE THE ESSENCE. He also said something like "I am already high, the drugs remove inhibitions but I have no inhibitions to remove"

Reminds me of a story I heard, it was about a teacher who, infront of his students drank a poison. He said because his mind was clear his body has no weakness to it.
Great OP, we have to start poking holes in that umbrella!

The trick is to realise that the umbrella is the fountain, it's because your conscious awareness resists the flow of spirit - moving against the flow - that an "umbrella" is created. It's just a matter of letting go :-)
Another analogy would be, if you hold a balloon full of air underneath water, the only thing that stops the balloon from rising is your holding of the balloon. Our souls are like balloons, our minds are the anchor holding us down, our spirit is lighter than helium - when we let go of our preconceptions our souls rise to higher and higher heights - it cannot be any other way :-)

From what I have found out, spirit IS all that is in the material world, it is the force behind matter.
Notice that all matter is what it is based off vibrations. On the microscopic level, atoms are too far apart to truly be solid. So what is the force that keeps them together? What is the force behind matter? Spirit.
So what is the Soul? The soul is cosmic energy, it is the energy OF All that is. The soul is a smaller part of the whole, yet it is the whole. Think in terms of a hologram, where every bit of the hologram is another representation of the whole.
The Soul gives life to Spirit. Our bodies are matter, several different elements (atoms) put together and held together by spirit...but the soul is what gives life to spirit.
And that is why we, the soul (cosmic energy), are able to manifest things in this realm of material existence. We come from the same energy that created spirit.
In other words, without us, the soul, then spirit and all matter would not exist.

er do you not think your guru basical was laughing his balls off at you and how naive you are and getting high on your drugs with his mates when you left?

I've heard of Indian Fakirs and Yogis do far crazier things than survive
and overdose of drugs. They spend their entire lives learning to control
every aspect of their body.
Why they are doing this? Who knows, I don't really see the point.

No I don't, he put them in his mouth, chewed them up (which incidentally didn't cause him any ill effect either even though it would have tasted disgusting to me) and then swallowed them. He opened his mouth to show us they were in his mouth, he opened his mouth to show us that he had chewed them into a paste and then he swallowed and showed us his empty mouth.
Believe me or don't....it makes no difference :-)
