Ewww, I think I have seen the exact same or simmilar baby (with the red eyes) in some indian temple religous ceremony. But being born all over the world? Could be just one isolated incidence in india, being that I hear and see india but no where else.

Not sure if the eyes on it function, or it can develop into much of anything. If it is ofspring between human and something else, then it is a clear example of non-viable offspring; and it seems somewhat illogical to try making hybrids if you get something like that.

Think about it for a moment, a reletivly well fuctioning intelegent (posiably malovent) alien, mates with a well functioning somewhat intelegent human, you would think you might get functioning offspring (that might be sterile, again a illogical reason of why to try make hybrids) say for an example when a horse is mated with a donkey you get a mule.

As cold blooded as reptilians are, they probably calculate that one out of ten hybrid attempts result in horrible crippling mutations, but they don't give two shits. Don't believe the government BS about depleted uranium either, these babies have been noted as far back as the 1700's, and I don't think there was a lot of depleted uranium around back then. The reason we are getting so many of them now, is because the hybrid program has been stepped up. period.
