I want to thank you for the advices you gave me about half a year ago concerning my high cholesterol "problem" (I've been having it since I was 17!). My latest blood tests showed I have no "problem" with it for the first time in 5 years.
What I do is.. I eat absolutely everything and avoid the white stuff (salt, sugar, flour). I eat 3 times more eggs, way more pork and beef (actual cooked meat), less chicken - because it was literally the only meat I was eating, and I try to get bio food and super-foods (herbs, seaweeds) whenever possible.
Avoiding nutritious food for any reason is much more harmful than eating it.
