Part 5 is the best, talking about how your mentality is like a powerful electromagnet. You attract certain things into your life through your thoughts, and as thus happens, you receive signals that it's time to move on. As David says, patterns of behavior start to change, and your intuition tells you to move in or out of a place. You can feel when you're not welcome.

Some may find this hard to understand, but there really are synchronized physical events that give you cues what to do.

Now, as for why you decide to change your thoughts to begin with... that's hard to tell. Could be deliberate manipulation from humans. Could be guidance from higher forces. Could be you taking a while to get something into your head.

Who knows? I have a feeling we're being guided by higher forces, or, are just very suggestible.

I did a google and it is true even scientists have discovered that the heart has its own consciousness. How wonderful
