Holy shit. i watched with my jaw to the floor the whole movie.
if you are familiar with maurice cotterell's information on sunspot cycles and human fertility, it will blow your mind.
add in martial law, refugees, and terrorist propaganda.
on the DVD, the main menu screen symbol is an eye, much like the CBS logo, only with the silhouette of a fetus in the retina. and the eye is bleeding.

Yeah i watched it last weekend- i was disappointed- it was what the hype made i t out to be but it was very symbolic of the future.......:eek::(
Good movie as movies go , but then again as we know thought creates reality so its mind control for the masses after all .Thats why they make and target the population with these types of movie , same as mathew delooze points out with music industry lyrics and events , it has been shown that the brain /mind reactes to tv and movies as if the scenario where real , we are complicit in creating this stuff by our participation .Stop watching this crap or maybe start watching more positve movies , even if these types of films are warnings against the path we are going down .:D
Celestine prophecy the books and now the dvd are worth reading watching for that spiritual lift ,as is peaceful warrior movie and books by dan millman .Conversations with god is a good one as well , never mind if there is any agenda to these movies movements created from them , like the secret as well , it is what you take from them and how they make you feel , it is better to feel uplifted after watching a film rather than feeling down or negative .:D
just watch the rocky horror show to counteract any of this babylonian bull .;)

yeah i'd love to see the celestine prophecy...is it available in usual stores like blockbuster? or do you need to get it off the net? i'd like to see it as ive read the book this year and loved every minute of it....imo we could all learn something from that book!! ;):)
They have it in hmv £13.99 and play.com same price , check out local library if they dont have it they can order it in for a small fee £1.80 i think so worth doing to get it in the public domain ,as the movie both here and in the states didnt recieve much publicity or play for long in cinema's in fact went straight to dvd here .This is strange (NOT) as it was a multi million seller book series !? Same with the peacefu lwarrior movie wich starred nick nolte thought that would get some paly but no , both books dont teach the right message in this political age . If you gothe library check out the dan millman books thats where i got them to read originally. i do have a copy of the celestine prophecy movie knocking around somewhere if you cant get hold of it let me know and i can sort it out :D
just checked blockbusters have it :D

Hey i downloaded it off the net and we watched it last night- i enjoyed it but didnt think it was anything near as good as the book (films rarely are) film can never compete with the imagination, i enjoyed it though exept we didnt have the subtitles on it so when the cardinal and the police were talking we had to guess what they were saying- ruined it a bit...serve me right for downloading it! :rolleyes::D
My other half found it fascinating and said at the end 'there's definately a message to take on board there isnt there?'!! (thats great for him!! lol) :D

Celestine prophecy ? in what way depressing .I found it to be uplifting in that it was waking people up on a mass level ,you can wake people up but you cant stop them from nodding off again .I think it was relevant in that way , but with all the guides that went with it and people starting up their own workshops to explore the themes ,james redfield hired lawyers to close down anyone doing a cp site as it wasnt officially sanctioned .That struck me as control as the point i thought was to get info out there and assist in the awakening process , he must of made enough money from the series without having to worry about competition , not very spiritual is it .Old testamnet lawyers on the case there. Defend the power base .Still as i felt reading it it made people think and question a lot more at the time, just found it odd that it wasnt promoted more considering it was such a best seller .Would like to hear your thoughts on it .:D

I was talking about "Children of Men".
I've not read "The Celestine Prophesy" yet, but it doesn't come across as depressing at all. People speka very highly of it.
