Guy behind the information counter had a look at me like I was insulting his intellect. I hope that Icke will be able to get his new book in all bookstores. I walked out disappointed that it was not listed in the computer.

Screw em then, pay for it direct. Iam an indepent retailer myself and I will still go to Waterstones over the other bookstores because the staff are nice and I dont have to get pissed off at someone who hasnt even the mental resolve to smile and say "have a nice day".

When I worked in retail many moons ago we were bollocked if we didn't make eye contact and act courteous and polite, the standards have fallen very far very fast.

I wonder if Icke's new book will be allowed in Canada. The last Icke book I bought was back in '00 and I had to order it in and hope it wouldn't be confiscated by customs :( Maybe I'll have to go over the border to the States to get it.
I wasn't too interested in his new book one way or another until I found a couple of dreams I had 12 years ago about the moon - being a ship or satellite, being entrancing, being a base for beings - and some of these beings have another satellite ship, a moon elsewhere in the solar system. When I had those dreams, I didn't know about any of the artificial structures on the moon, yet I saw those structures, the dome like bubbles on the surface, in my dream... as the signs of an interior, ET civilization.
When I found those couple of moon dreams I had, and thought about all of this discussion over Icke's new book, I thought, from my perspective, perhaps it's not so crazy after all. It depends on how Icke interprets things, he may go too far with it or throw in some disinfo. But the idea of the moon as a satellite base that is used to control us here on earth is something I now firmly believe in - because of those dreams I had where I perceived this kind of reality long before I had ever heard of it.
I posted those dreams here (http://www.davidicke.com/forum/showpost.php?p=1058742350&postcount=406) on the board.

I doubt if his book will get into the stores at all
and things have changed a lot in "customer services" - after a complete balls-up by T-mobile I asked them "aren't you concerned about customer retention" they said NO

Well he is listed at one of the biggest chains in the UK W H Smith :) and they have a £5 off voucher (you have to buy something but most people throw them away) to spend until the end of the month..
I will pop in there tomorrow to see if it is available to use on a pre-order..
Here are the other titles from them of his work...

Hell yeah! I want all my icke books on tape! Or even better David himself on DVD explaining his book.

If Dave wants a reader I'm willing and able....I'll even do it in an alien / reptile voice:eek:
A good idea for propagation of the book especially if you live in England U.K. is to go to your local library, ask them if they have a copy of the book (The more info then better i.e. Name of Book and Author, and ISBN if you have it) they will check all the libraries in your borough, and if they haven't got it you can ask them to order it for you.
I think it costs about 35 pence, this is for the postcard they send you when the book has arrived at the Library.
By doing this you also help others who are interested in similar stuff, but may not want to spend the £££'s for the book.

I'm not trying to be facetious, but like we really need a new book from Icke or anybody else to see and tell us what is happening around us, if we opened our eyes we would be plain to see, the W's3 is abound with information and scientific evidence as to what is happening, our local book shop has never stocked his books either, these people tend to stock what they think people are looking for.
Just look at what has happened because people followed the bible and where it has taken us to today, life begins at home, in the community, not in a book, but buy it by all means its a free country.

Actually, I think you'll find you're very wrong there. Books are the best way of sharing/learning new information, and personally cannot wait to get my copy of Icke's new book.
But if you somehow already know all this new information, then good for you, you have no need to ever read a book again. Just one question...what are you doing on this truth-seeking forum if you have no need to read/learn/seek truth ?
the W's3 is abound with information and scientific evidence as to what is happening,
Good old scientific evidence eh...great stuff...
our local book shop has never stocked his books either, these people tend to stock what they think people are looking for.
Who cares ?
Just look at what has happened because people followed the bible and where it has taken us to today,
Yeh...right...like the bible is just like what David Icke writes about isn't it.....
life begins at home, in the community, not in a book,
OK... so who said life begins in a David Icke book ?
but buy it by all means
Thanks, I ordered mine a couple of weeks back.
its a free country.
Not really.

It's funny, i just read in another thread about 'linguistic jujitsu', and next i read this - which i consider to be a perfect example of the phenomena in regards to this thread.
And i care nil for scientific evidence. Scientists are the new priesthood in white coats - in front of which an amazing number of people even on this forum apparently bend their knee.

This is why I air caution but do not at the same time debunk any books, I have never ever bought a newspaper in my life, nor watch the TV, but care to use my own eyes to see what is happening, not being conditioned by the media helps and the further one takes themselves away from the crap which is portrayed we might be able to start thinking for ourselves.
If one wants to know anything about an engine you need to ask the man who designed and made it, the man with the spanners in his hands, and again why I say, we need to work together with each other and not from a book, hands on and in your face is the best route to sort out all of our problems.
Not talking and sharing personal knowledge really show ones own insecurities, just like we are witnessing today with many parameters of the community that have been slowly dissmantled under our very noses.
Read what you like, buy what you like, but most definately try to do what you say otherwise all will be lost in typo, or set in stone.

The problem is that your local bookshop has never stocked Icke books ?
Or that I don't care that your local bookshop has never stocked Icke books ?

who who said life begins in a David Icke book ?

The fact is that many people's awakenings began with a David Icke book, not their lives.
but buy it by all means

If it's anything like any of his other books I have bought, I'm sure I will, and I'm sure anybody else would too.
Kind of the reason why books are created.

You definately are a book worm, and I know who said what and really wish you well and all those on Icke who share their experiences, we just might need each other one day :)

Thanks, you too, but try and consider the positive aspect of this book (and all his books), especially to newcomers.
Icke has taught countless numbers of us a lot of important stuff, and helped countless people to begin seeing the manipulation in the world, through his books and lectures.
If you've never read one of his books, check one out sometime, you may even be pleasantly surprised.

Mutual and back at you, tops, but I don't need to read one as the main aim of his mind is portrayed freely for eveyone to listen to in his interviews etc, that's good enough for me, but his latest ideas is rather strange indeed, the moon and reptillain thing just doesn't cut it for me, I think if this had been his first novel then I don't think it would have sold many and his career might have been over before it started, if I'm proven wrong before I die, I will hold up my hand.
However we here are pro life and for ours and everyone elses whole, so as we can climb out of the hole that others have dug for us to jump lemming like into, and if I was asked we were ever awake and when, I would have to say quite a long time before he was, about last century amongst us as a family from a long line of farming backgrounds going back to 1508, from Ireland and this side of the water, we have been through all of the illuminati slave trade and war like periods etc.
I truly believe that one day we will become our own farmers once again, because fooder is where we are ultimately going to be controlled, this is why so many are now looking for an alternative direction a way out of the current situation before its too late and why the governmental think tanks are trying to overt the idea, by making things seem so cheap as to stop us from even thinking for ourselves.
We still have time to stop this in its tracks, if we simply boycott the big brands and went for quality locally made produce, even the French have lost their zest for a conflict of intersts with their government, but still have more loyalty and balls than us, it going to be a very interesting next 20 years, and the long term prognosis don't look very promising.

I will inform my librarary so that they may buy in Icke's Books. I can get ahold of the needed ISBN numbers on all but this one. Will it be revealed once it's out in stores? :D
