Anybody here from Switzerland??Chemtrail question

I have just been listening to the latest Alan Watt "BLURB" from the 1st of October in which he mentions the OPEN SKIES TREATY.
He says on of the countries that did not sign this treaty was Switzerland and they are not been sprayed.
Can anybody from Switzerland confirm this???

Watt mentions 2 open sky treaties, one for public consumption and one for the Military - both China and Switzerland are exempt fom spraying
