View Full Version : OBE - i cannot move through walls

Hello all,
Are there any astral projection practioners in this forum who by any chance could explain to be why I cannot move through walls during my projection? I have had a few OBEs in the past few months, but all of them, I am stuck in my house. I cannot push any part of my body through anything. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

Sure you aren't sleepwalking instead?;) Similar feeling actually.
Anyway, I think if you are having a genuine obe and the reasdon you cant do it is because your brain is probably telling you it's not something you can do normally. I had this problem at first. Maybe you are a bit scared to do it? If you can, start with putting your hand through first. The feeling is strange. Just go one step at a time. Or dont look when you walk through, if you know what I mean.

This could simply be because you might harbor a disbelief that you can do it. This can certainly stop you from proceeding. I myself had to realize in my mind that the walls were not solid and I just burst through them in flight and have been since. No problem after the first time. Guaranteed!

neila: LOL. That actually made me laugh. :) Actually, I believe it is a genuine obe. Well I have only had 3-4 in my life that I know of, and I did have to lie down and meditate on it. I was engulfed with rigorous vibrations, and I had to pull myself out with my mind. This is pretty much very similar to what I've read from everyone else's experiences, so I can be sure it is real. And when the projection is about to end, I can sense it just before I get sucked back into my body and wake up in my bed.
Well the last time I tried to move my hand through my bedroom window, I did feel the curtain veil and the glass, but it felt solid. I guess I will try not to look directly at it and just pretend it is water or something. And I haven't had an obe in a couple or so weeks, but I am confident next time it will work. I just need to believe that I can move through walls. :cool:
