Experience with the 'Greys'

I believe in everything that you say because I also know the truth.
I had an alien experience in 1997 and have seen UFOs several times. I've
read that the grey aliens are bad and this is one of the aliens that I
actually saw. Please read my story below:

 It happened in Australia and I've been living in the States for around 8
years now - 2 years in Vegas and 6 in California. Here is a description of
what I remember from that night:

 I saw two aliens. This happened I think around 1997. One alien was grey with
a glowing head and the big eyes and the 2nd, I don't know what it was. My
bedroom at my mum's old house in Sydney was weird. For some reason, none of
the family members wanted to sleep there. Before it became my room, it was
my youngest sister's. She was a baby and used to sometimes start screaming
and crying in the middle of the night yelling "monster! monster!". My dad
slept in there once and had the blankets pulled off him. I've had weird
stuff happen to me in that room too but this was different.

 I was lying down on my bed, it was approximately 1am. I wasn't sleeping as
I had just got back home from going out. I wasn't drunk, on drugs or stoned.
When you walk into the room, the entire left wall is a mirrored built-in
closet and my bed was against the right wall pushed into the corner.

 I couldn't sleep and just lied there thinking. All of a sudden the room
went cold and I felt an electrical buzzing feeling in the air. There is no
way I can explain this electrical thing as I had never experienced anything
like that in my life. I started freaking out and then I felt somebody grab
my head from behind. All I could feel was incredible pressure being put into
my head and I felt fingers pressing so hard that I felt they were going to
penetrate into my brain. I looked to my right towards the mirrored built-in
closet to see what the fuck was behind me when suddenly I floated out of my
body to the foot of my bed and was looking at myself. Behind me was this
crouched alien thing, ugly as hell, small with long fingernails. maybe the
nails were digging into my head? I don't know. When I saw that it shocked me
back into my body. I couldn't move my arms or legs and then I looked to my
right again and saw a reflection of a glowing aliens head in the mirror -
grey with big eyes. I then nearly literally pissed myself out of terror and
I started to say in my head "Please God, don't let me go crazy!". After I
said that, everything disappeared - the aliens, the coldness of the room and
that electrical buzzing feeling.

 I went to lie down on my bed around 1am, then all this stuff happened, and
then when I asked God for help and everything disappeared, there was
sunlight outside. Five or so hours had passed and it seemed like the whole
experience lasted only 5 minutes. I think that sounds similar to what they
call lost time? I ran to my mother's room and banged on her door to tell her
what had just happened and she said that I had lost my mind. She then had
two psychologists come to the house to evaluate me a few days later and my
mother suggested that I should get put in a mental institution cause she
thought I had lost it. I went hysterical and remember screaming at the
doctors.

 So, what the hell were they doing to me? Would you have any clue at all?
