'The vaccine will be offered routinely to 12 to 13-year-olds
Schoolgirls in England will be vaccinated against the virus that causes cervical cancer from September 2008, ministers are set to announce.
It will go further than recommended by experts, with all aged 12-13 eligible, and a catch-up campaign up to 18.'
