Complaint for Fraud And
Damages

CAUSE
OF ACTION FOR FRAUD AND DAMAGES
1.
The Petitioner will show indisputable proof the Roman Catholic Church has
Fraudulently forced upon the Petitioner and his house the belief that Jesus is
God: the Savior of
the world
for the purpose of obtaining tithing and control. The petitioner will show beyond a doubt
that the Catholic Church is fully aware of the fact that not only is Jesus not
the messiah, but that Jesus is in fact the false-messiah referred to in their
Bible. The petitioner will show
indisputable proof that Jesus is not the Christ according to Roman Catholic
Church Bible by proving the
Defendant:
a.
Fraudulently representing that Jesus was physically dead and
resurrected from the physically
dead as set forth in Exhibit 1 which is incorporated
herein.
b.
Fraudulently representing that Jesus was born in Bethlehem Judah as set forth in Exhibit 2 which
is incorporated herein
c.
Fraudulently representing that Jesus is of the house of David as set forth in
Exhibit 3 which is incorporated herein.
d. Fraudulently representing that Jesus
fulfilled the virgin birth prophecy as set forth in Exhibit 4 which is
incorporated herein.
e.
The Petitioner will show the identity of the lord of host as set forth in
Exhibit 5 which is incorporated herein.
f.
Fraudulently representing that word meanings, as well as the removal and
addition of words from the original Bible texts to assist in achieving their
deceitful goals. Also, Jesus himself testifies to the fact that he is the
false-messiah referred to in the
Catholic Church Bible, and is the only person who could and did fulfill the
necessary proclaimed requirements of the Catholic Church to be the false-messiah
as set forth in Exhibit 6 which is incorporated herein.
g. The
Roman Catholic Church has been involved in the physically mutation of the
mind from the
womb to the
Petitioner and his House as set forth in Exhibit 7 which is incorporated
herein.
The areas
under discussion in the above exhibits are all necessary for the Defendant’s claims
that Jesus is the one true Christ. The exhibits themselves signify indisputable
proof by the Defendants own
reckoning, proving that Jesus cannot be the one true
Christ.
Due
to the effects the Catholic Church’s teachings have had on the petitioner and his House, the petitioner is asking the court to seize
all assets belonging to the Defendant and for the petitioner to be reimbursed for all
incurred costs of this suit and for the remaining assets to be distributed to
nonprofit organizations of the Petitioner’s choice.
