(riiiiight.) this is a blatant lie. why isn't it on the other shoulder in its original view without a gold border? For that matter, why isn't it in a camouflaged version (desert) or (woodland) green background/black stars & stripes as i saw in the eighties? Is it a 'target', a 'chip on the shoulder', so to speak?
