Letter to Claire "Schill" Lucas
Sent in by Steve
David,
You truly are a maverick truthseeker in a world full of hacks.
One such hack, as identified by you, is Claire Lucas of the Guardian newspaper.
Like many, I was filled with admiration for the bravery of Charlie Sheen - in contrast Ms Lucas's hit-piece was a loathsome piece of crud - an insult to serious journalism; cowardly and pitched somewhere just below the playground level.
Having read her shitty little article, and with my hackles raised, I duly fired off an email to the good lady (my God I was hitting that keyboard with righteous indignation!)
Guess what - no reply.
What sickens me is these people set themselves up as some kind of moral authority as to what we should read, hear or think about.
Moral authority?
I can vouch from bitter experience that Ms Lucas and her ilk all, by and large, live in or around the media village of Notting Hill in London. You see, my brother had the misfortune to once live among them, and what he experienced there was a vacuous, coke-snorting little island of pretensious wasters with no concept, nor interest in the concerns or lives of normal people.
These people have absolutely no moral authority - indeed, they have no interest in the truth.
But - they're being exposed. Thanks to you.
I've attached the email I sent her.
Good luck with everything. The truth does indeed set you free.
