Re: The CDC's Role in the Development of AIDS: The U.S. Special Virus program
Dear Dr. Gerberding:
Tomorrow I will attempt to provide your office with a copy of the 1971
flowchart (blueprint) for the development of HIV/AIDS. Over two million
people either have this document or have seen it.
We believe the CDC has never made a public statement about the U.S.
Special Virus program (1962 - 1978). We further believe it is time you
do so.
I will deliver the flowchart around 3p.m. Let me say also, the 1971
flowchart allows for a work-man like understanding of the U.S.
development of HIV/AIDS under the throes of the secret, federal virus
development program.
In addition to the flowchart and the yearly progress reports, the
people cite the "visna" sequences in HIV/AIDS as genetic proof of the
man made "recombinant" nature of HIV/AIDS. According to Dr. Robert
Gallo and Dr. Matthew Gonda, HIV/AIDS "evolved from visna". See,
Science, Vol 227, pp. 173 - 7, see also, PROC NAS Vol 83, pp. 4007 -
11, June 1986.
Thirty six years ago today, President Richard Nixon signed into Public
Law, the U.S. development of HIV, when he handed out pens for PL91-213.
You will also find his July 18, 1969 "Message to Congress on
Population" to be of interest, as well as House Resolution 15090, Part
VI funding, page 129, "Synthetic Biological Agent".
Your receipt of the 1971 Special Virus flowchart will begin the process
for the control and prevention of the laboratory-born HIV/AIDS virus.
Additionally, I am attaching a portion of an article I wrote on the
current, pending Avian Flu. I will now assert with some degree of
certainty, there are identical sequences in the 1918 Avian Flu and the
current one. The science forensic prove the ‘recombinant' nature of
influenza and HIV/AIDS.

The conclusions of this research are chilling and grossly disturbing,
all my life I believed I had at least, a Constitutional right to life.
The U.S. documents and the systemic silence over them, proves I do not.
I seek the full support of the Centers for Disease Control in the
review and investigation of the U.S. Special Virus program and the
supporting documents going back to the (circa) 1878 U.S. Laboratory of
Hygiene.
The American people and the people of the world demand to know the truth.
