Barbara Honegger, M.S. is Senior Military Affairs Journalist at the Naval Postgraduate School (1995-present), the Navy’s graduate science, technology and national security affairs university. She says that on the morning of 9/11 bombs went off at the Pentagon at 9:32 - before the building was officially 'hit by a plane'.
