Sinclair lawyer backs out so late that replacement can't be found
'Delaware Attorney Richard R Wier, Jr after entering into a signed agreement to represent me in the Delaware Criminal Case, called me at 5:15pm this afternoon telling me he is getting calls from people and that he cannot represent me. Mr. Wier states “I cannot represent you knowing that you are saying the things you are saying about Senator Barack Obama and the Bidens.”
Mr. Wier knew that by waiting until 5:15pm to notify me he would not represent me would effectively prevent me from obtaining alternate counsel by 8:30 AM tomorrow morning. Mr. Wier stated I would not be able to find legal representation in the State of Delaware.'
